BEWARE: I would NEVER Take my car here again. Nicki was unprofessional and untruthful. They had to replace control arm and front bumper. 3 months later car returned and was all clunky and loud when coming to a stop. Upon further inspection I found they tried to repair the bumper without replacing it even though they Had the insurance pay for a whole new bumper (it had the original scratches still on it it). Nicki acted irritable and dismissive, condescending when I told her about it then finally admitted she was wrong and said “oh I’ll have all the managers and I come out and personally apologize” (they never did). They literally tried to get a payout from my insurance without having to replace the bumper like they said they would.they really thought they would get away with it.gave me a 2002 Accord loaner car with 190k miles on it and check engine light flashing. It was embarrassing. Go to Davis body shop, my last car went there and I should’ve taken my current car there. I don’t give bad reviews usually but this place is really shady and unprofessional.

B&B went above expectations for collision repair. Customer service could not have been any better.

They were absolutely wonderful. My car was rear-ended and they were so wonderful, professional, and just understanding as they helped me through it all. My car looks amazing

I got into a car accident and was referred to them by my insurance. Nick, Patrick, and Noah helped me so much throughout the entire process. Their number one quality is communication. I received calls and texts throughout the entire process, keeping me up to date and in the loop. I also had to go out of town a week after I dropped my car off, Nick said he can't make any promises, which is both understandable and professional. I know that they worked really hard on making sure I got my car back in time. Everything was perfect when I picked it up, but their customer service and care is what's really exceptional. Thank you so much, guys!

Honestly one of the worst collision repair experiences ever I am very dissatisfied in the customer service alone, it has been exactly 2 weeks since I was told my car would be done and over that span of time I have NOT received any calls from B&B themselves about updates or “delays in shipping”, or “parts shortages” that have occurred. Any time I called in to ask for updates they only gave me short answers or told me they’d call back and never would. I understand the state of the world right now but because of that companies need to change their process to accommodate to their customers and not keep their cars for 3 weeks with no updates or any efforts to show they care about their time. We rely on our vehicles everyday and that should be understood. Order the parts before you take the car in or call me and tell me what’s actually happening.

B & B was the best auto repair place I've ever dealt with. Friendly, efficient, communicated well, did an outstanding job on my auto.

Keep away from this repair shop absolutely horrible people. At first they were nice, and then scheduled my repairs a month and a week in advance, I thought that was okay as long as my car gets fixed whatever. Then the weirdest behavior from the company happened, I received my appraisal and they attempted to put 1 used part on my vehicle then after calling them they literally made fun of my insurance (although they were not the ones fixing my car, the other party was at fault) then kept making remarks that the vehicle was a 2011 and did not deserve new parts - absolute childish behavior. They also straight up attempted to lie to my face that a used part was a new part and attempted to force that used part to be put on my vehicle - so weird because the other parts were new OE genuine but insisted this part be used.

My car was involved in an accident and they made it look new again. Beautiful job. They even buffed and shined the headlight protectors. I've used B & B several times on minor details, but this was big and my car looks great.

Excellent customer service, they did the job right. We have worked with B&B several times and have never been disappointed.

B&B collision were diligent and thorough during the repair & full painting of my f350. Most importantly Fernando made the experience personal with his dedication to exceptional quality. They weren't willing to give me a real estimate. They were more concerned with my other estimates, before they even looked at my car. I just got the feeling it was to give me a higher estimate without going over the other one. They were trying to rush me into it right there like a used car sales man. I left feeling incredibly irritated with the ordeal, and not valued at all as a potential customer. I will gladly go somewhere else, even the place that seems like the most expensive one on the planet.

Body repair work looks show room ready the finished paint work was unbelievably great since I needed a special color black pearl I highly recommend B&B very professional

They have a towing company to pick your car up if it's not safe to drive. Everyone here was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend if you ever get in a wreck.

The staff at B & B Collision Repair are very professional. Friendly. Keep you up to date with the progress of the repair. Accommodating. I would highly recommend this body shop and would use them again.
