I can’t believe this “business” can exist. They literally scam you into believing you’re getting top notch service and once you sign the contract, boom.you’re screwed! I was getting charged 165 a month for 5 years for no technical support, no service and when my contract ended they told me I could keep the equipment. Guess what? The equipment doesn’t even belong to them and now I’m being told I have to pay another 1000 to keep the cameras or return everything! I wish I contacted a lawyer in the beginning. Lesson learned! Do not fall for their tricks!

Beware of the security services provide for brinks. Can’t cancel my service as they and brinks give me the run around. Contract is over and they still fail and make it difficult to cancel service. Would not recommend these companies.

I too was fooled by this company. They said the were Brinks. I had Monatronics for years and new they were bought out by Brinks. When I was approached I thought I was dealing with Brinks the company that bought Monatrinics. I have 1
more year on this contract and I'm out if there. I was supposed to have service at 10 am today
And still waiting even after I called to see the hold up. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE NO GOOD WILL COME OF IT

Company B & D Security has been shamelessly tricking customers into believing they are entering into contracts with Brinks, a reputable security company. This deceitful tactic is not only morally reprehensible but also raises serious concerns about the company's integrity and trustworthiness. It is incomprehensible that an organization would stoop so low as to mislead its own clients for its own financial gain.

Not only does this dishonest approach jeopardize the reputation of Company B & D Security, but it also puts the safety and security of its customers at risk. By misrepresenting themselves as Brinks, unsuspecting clients are led to believe they are receiving services from a well-established and respected security provider. Horrible communication.they don't answer the phone after I payed a service. I've called them multiple times at different hours and different days yet no response. I'm now paying for a service I am not receiving.would not recommend this security service to anyone.

This company will come to your door and sit and lie about everything just to get you sign contracts with there thief company and make sure they don’t use your social security information for other people because that’s what they did to me I would not recommend you to go with them also make sure you check the term I only signed up for 3 years they try giving me 5 years scam artist they are a Joke!

I worked as a sales rep Im owed 3000 dollars for bonuses I earned but never got paid for we lie to you to buy the alarm system then it has issues like false alarms

Save $9,000 dollars, If you're looking for security just get simple safe for $30 a month. The cameras can be bought Separately and be installed by a handyman at a lessor cost.
