Drove 50 miles to see an RV they are selling to find out they were selling the advertised RV with BALD Tires and DryRot among many other dirty conditions. How come no mention of the condition in the AD?

I called B & L RV on Friday. I spoke to Larry on the phone, and we ordered our air-conditioner, and they had it in by Monday!
We took our RV there Wednesday, and he finished the job just as promised with only an hour labor charge. Plus, he was willing to take a look at a couple of other issues we are having with our Thor Siesta and advised us on how to fix them ourselves for the cheapest amount. He even adjusted our crooked window without charge. The other staff were also friendly. But, the customer service Larry offered us is the reason we will return for any future needs. Thanks again!

Not a big selection. Salesman walked away quick when asked about a certain type of Rv available. That they didn't have, but wow.
He must of had to use the restroom I'm sure.

Disgusting lot with spider webs all over every trailer. Didnt find a single new or new looking RV and no one ever even greeted my family at all. Walked 1 time around the entire building and only found run down looking old campers that had spider webs all over them. I was pretty disappointed. They look more like a failing buy here pay here car dealer.

Just shopping, but were very impressed with the info provided re class b motorhomes and financing. We will be back!

B and L RV are "over the top" amazing and accommodating. We live 555 miles away from this dealership and after 1 year of searching for the perfect RV for my husband and I, we found it online at B and L. We talked to Ahmed quite a few times on the phone. He was very accommodating and wanted to make sure that we were certain we wanted to do a long distance transaction. We told him that we hired a Certified RV Inspector and he was very happy that we were being so cautious! He was genuine and as honest as we could tell. Our inspector spent close to 8 hours at the dealership, inspecting our unit. Our inspector shared with us that Ahmed was very welcoming and accommodating to him during the entire inspection. My husband and I were happy with the results of the inspection and we purchased the unit. It doesn't stop there, oh NO! We flew to Sacramento CA to make the purchase in person. Ahmed sent one of his staff to pick us up at the airport! After we completed the financial part of the transaction, Ahmed's staff was still busy readying our unit and I needed supplies for the 555 mile trek home and at least 1 overnight stay in our "new to us" unit. Ahmed directed one of his staff to drop me off at Costco about 5 minutes away from the dealership. I picked up some essentials for our 2 day trip and the staff person came back to pick me up! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this FAMILY run, warm and welcoming business! Ahmed is a stand-up businessman and we are so very lucky to have worked with him and his dealership!

We had the BEST experience working with the staff at B and L RV. From the owner Ahmad who personally takes your calls and is willing to work with you in all regards to your financial situation, to Richard just a total pro. Walked us through every button, lever, switch on our RV and made sure we were comfortable before we left. Service doesn't stop there though because after a couple of days we were stuck and not once but twice we called and got immediate tech support and help. So happy that we decided to work with a dealer instead of purchasing privately. Picked up a very reasonable price warranty as well that gave us a ton of peace of mind. You won't be sorry!

Peter was amazing! Its taken me awhile to write this review due to the pandemic however Peter sold us a 2005 dolphin that fit all of our needs. We've had the rv for about 4 months now and it has had no issues and runs strong. Peter kept things real with us and helped show us the rvs that would fit our needs. He helped convince my grandmother that it was a good buy hes a miracle worker! I would definitely buy through him again! He went out of his way to make out dream come true. I would come her again in a heartbeat.

This place was amazing. I thank you to Jerry Mark and Ahmad for a great and pleasant experience. I had searched a lot of places and decided to come check this place out.they allowed us to look in the trailers look at whatever we wanted take our time doing it with no sales people over our shoulder. They were able to answer any and all questions that we had. We had found a trailer that we wanted to buy. When we came to pick it up I was amazed the extra TLC they put into it. It looks nicer than the first time we saw it in the lot.so it being a used trailer there was some things that my husband and I knew that we needed to get like the propane tank cover the battery the battery cover hoses toilet treatment supplies etc. When we came to pick the trailer up all those things had been provided for us even new step we got a box full of starter stuff with hoses toilet paper toilet treatment. I was absolutely amazed and they went above and beyond I will definitely come back hereI would definitely refur my friends and family and anybody who's looking to buy a trailer or motorhome or RV. My neighbor has been rving for 50 + years he was absolutely amazed at the deal we got. This place may be small but it is definitely full service thank you so much to everybody who made this such a great experience

It was very lucky for me to have stumbled upon B&L RV. I was just driving through Sacramento and decided to take a look. I ended up going home with a Fleetwood Jamboree Class C motorhome. And, I am extremely happy with it. Richard and Peter made the buying experience wonderful. They are so honest and forthright, answered all of my first time rv buyer questions, let me check out several motorhomes/trailers and test drive my favorite one. They also fully prepared, tested and checked the whole RV before I picked it up. Most importantly, they trained me on how to use and operate everything which is really important for a noob RV owner.

I already know I will buy my next RV here. Other reviews noted that the office is not tidy. Maybe true. But you are also not getting slapped with extra costs for having a posh sales office. I got a great deal and Mark will be flexible with your payments as long as your offer is within reasonable range.

I took a small RV in last weekend for repair and the service was prompt and attentive. Jerry remembered me after 1 visit over a year ago, and got me squared up and good to go right away.
