BAART Programs E Street, Fresno CA

Do not go here! My sister Holly has been going here for 10 years and is more addicted to drugs now than she ever was, including methadone! This place is a joke! They do not follow safe operating practices and dosing regulations. My sister uses pills off the streets “Xanax”, has no current or valid prescriptions for anything, yet the clinic still doses her even when she is testing dirty. My sister is just using methadone as an amplifier for her other drugs of choice. The DEA and other proper authorities are being contacted to investigate the improper practices at this treatment facility. DO NOT take your loved ones here, this place ruins lives!

Just reported this operation to the DEA and everywhere else that will take my statement. They are prescribing methadone and other substances ILLEGALLY and are quite literally ruining people's lives! METHADONE is just another drug tearing families apart!

This clinic is fantastic. I have been to other facilities and this one is better than the others by quite a bit. The staff is very friendly and genuinely cares about its patients. Before I got on this BAART Clinic on E Street I was a mess. I was doing thing I’m not proud of and would never do again. This clinic gives me the consistency I need in life to be a better father and family member and a friend too. I have had people in my life tell me how happy they are to see me doing so well because they can see the difference in me since I got on the BAART Clinic. Thank You to all the staff there.

I freaking hate this place, my husband goes there and I'm against it. Methadone is just another replacement drug. I dont think it helps a person for nothing. They just brain wash people thinking that it's going to help them when it's not. It's just another addiction. The best thing to do is just get over your addiction yourself. I was a pill popper and stopped on my own, didn't need another drug to replace it. Methadone just messes up the body. Their just collecting money from people. It just causes trouble between me and my husband.

I have had a great experience at BAART E street and have recently been very pleased with the changes taking place, from the inside to the outside environment. Thank you Curtis!

The whole entire staff at this clinic are so incompetent, they are all on different pages, communication amongst each other is terrible, and have no common sense, the way Curtis bullied my dad was unacceptable! I will be filing a grievance and taking this higher, these patients have rights!

Stay away from this place! The director Curtis showed up to my work and threatened me. He charged at me and attempted to assault me. I am now making a police report and reporting the incident to the ombudsman as this was a violation of HIPAA.

I've been here for like 8 months, I was going to return to cartwright Clinic but I Decided to stick it out and I'm Glad i gave it time, because my counselor Sandra is awesome I feel a sincerity in her that allows me to open up and receive the help I need and want, Also Rose is another individual there that I would have felt very confertable with being my counslor because of how she makes a person feel. I appreciate the security Mike he is and has been very Courteous and respectfull in dealing with patients, And last but not the Anthony at the front desk even though it may get Overwhelming, he never loses his Composure and remains Respectful and courteous. Over all this place is a very clean and curteous place to recieve ones treatment. Thank you Bart E St.

An absolute nightmare of a place They treat us like we are less human or something. They treat you like an addict here.

It varies with the employees, they leave all the time. Sometimes they have nice directors.and then sometimes we had the current dir, Curtis. I saw him bully an old handicapped man who was wheelchair bound, it was so cringeworthy. Just because Curtis couldn't keep his cool. Then he preaches to us about patience? Like we are toddlers? I'm the king of patience but when you're sick patience doesn't help those withdrawals. Anthony was just as unhelpful but at least he wasn't blatantly rude about it, just ignored you.

Some people get a little power and it goes to their head and suddenly they're threatening to call the cops on a wheelchair bound old man cus Curtis didnt like his facial expressions. You're gonna get that pressed over that? The director was the only one yelling at anyone. Great customer service ROFL can't believe he's director. Learn to take some deep breaths man

Amazing staff couldn't have hoped for better care I'd just like to give a special shout out to my councilor Miriam she's one of the best councilor/therapists I've had in my entire life out of literally dozens, my old one tong, Michael the man in charge of security, and the receptionists Anthony and Diana you guys deal with way to much for to little pay and are always so patient even when dealing with some very rude nasty people you have to have a good heart to be able to put up with the customers there

BAART Programs E Street in Fresno went above and beyond to earn a 5 star review from me. The staff from front desk reception to dispensing is top notch. A big shout out to their Program Director Curtis, for making my transfer to this clinic as smooth as possible. Thanks again!

I had a very positive experience here. Everyone treated me with kindness and without judgment.
