Babash did an awesome job cleaning our oriental living room rug. It's a light color so it shows the dirt readily and they were able to get the tracking and stains to "disappear"
. They were prompt and charged a fair price. We will use them again.

They cleaned our very large antique Persian carpet which had mildew damage from storage and repaired damage. Very satisfied.

This company did am amazing job on my two rugs! The man-in-charge knew immediately what country they were from and was able to remove the red wine stains that had been on one of them for 29 years. I was very pleased, and I highly recommend them.

This review is very delayed. I had just went through hell to move into my condominium and the unit above had a water heater leak all into our unit and damaged my family Persian rug. Both Rod and Ali were able to help me deal with insurance and offered to clean the rug. It was so damaged and I had a bad prior experience with another rug at another well known company here in Los Angeles that I was scared to get it done. 3 years later and I’m on my way to take in the rug that was damaged by another company to have them clean it. I have an expensive Vintage Heriz that is a family heirloom, so I wanted to make sure I got it cleaned properly. I'm really glad I found Babash Rug Services. I called ten of the best rated places around town and these guys really stood out. First of all, Ali was incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and professional on the phone - going out of his way to give me his cell number and work with me to get everything right. On top of that he gave me a really fair and reasonable quote for the cleaning service (half the cost of another top rated business) and personally coordinated pickup and drop-off. The rug was returned to me right on schedule looking fantastic. They cleaned it exceptionally well, even hand-detailing the tassels while treating the fibers with care. Had an absolutely amazing experience entrusting my family heirloom rug to Ali and his family's owned rug restoration service!

I was originally wary of entrusting my family's priceless rug to a cleaning service, not wanting it to go through an industrial "one-size-fits-all" process. But I could not have had a better experience with Babash Rug Services. From the get-go, Ali's transparency into the process, timeline, pricing, no hard selling, photos/videos of their track-record of successful projects, and vision for the future, were incredibly reassuring. The amount of care they put into an individual rug is absolutely incredible, and frankly, unparalleled.

I had also consulted them for damage in the fringe area of my rug. Ali and his father gave me transparent pricing and personalized, non-hard-selling advice as to how they can hand-fix it, or what could be the repercussions of not dealing with the damage. Even then, they respected my wish to leave the rug as is, even encouraging my decision to preserve the identity and history of the rug!
