The professional was nice, but not all the products met our needs and ended up just paying for expensive installation of a product we ended up removing because it put us at risk of falling. It also would’ve been nice to be consulted about the esthetics of the hardware being installed i.e. Black vs.white. Overall, great to have someone install all the hardware but we’re going to figure this out ourselves next time.

Wow! Worth the investment. I had a furniture scare yesterday with my 7-month old and decided to bite the bullet and look into child proofing before the inevitable crawling, climbing, grabbing and walking starts. I contacted Robert, and he completed a house walkthrough within 24 hours of the request. He offered a spectrum of price options that were transparent and also offered tips and pointers that weren’t necessarily included in the price. Very professional, covid-friendly, quick /efficient and thorough. Would highly recommend.
