Great experience, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a pleasure of working with Russell as my primary PT and Pawan (not sure about the spelling), they both worked very hard to help me get better. Entire staff is great and the facility is very clean. Highly recommend this location.

I worked at this clinic over the course of 3 years and it was clear during my time there that patient satisfaction was the number one priority. They do their best to accommodate each patient's unique needs/schedules and the therapists are always empathetic and tentative. I have seen countless patients come into the clinic with chronic pain and leave happy with their treatment and improved condition. I would highly recommend coming to this clinic for all your physical therapy needs!

Have had 2 experiences with BoT. First time was a foot problem and more recently a neck strain. The therapists are all very personable and do a great job in getting to understand my ailments. Most importantly, the exercises and treatments that they recommended worked.

Kelly Wild is amazing. She really knows her stuff. She’s helped me with a painful, numb shoulder and arm, and has recently helped me with extreme pain in my hip caused by a bad fall. I highly recommend her and the whole team at Back On Track.

Russell Sadang was patient and supportive during my sessions. I learned a lot from him and my physical problem improved. The atmosphere was very f friendly... I would highly recommend Russell and Back to Track Walnut Creek. It was a very positive experience all the way around.

I started going to Back On Track in 2008. Hiten has helped me after both hip surgeries plus being rear ended, and a fall. He uses alternative methods to help you heal. Unlike other P. T.offices who tend to be too rough. Hiten knows the human body and works with each persons body according to what is needed. I will not go anywhere else. I find him to be kind and considerate. I am very pleased with the treatment received. I've been seen by Paven. She is very knowledgeable, well-trained, professional, and caring. She sets you on a home exercise program for you not to relapse. For the first time ever since a car accident I had many years ago, I feel no pain. It is almost unbelievable for me.

I didn't care for the entrance because you have to go up to the second floor to get treatment and it's hard to open up the front door since there's no ATA accessible button as far as my treatment it remains to be seen I will have to go through many many sessions before I make an opinion

Absolutely great service. Hiten and his team are skilled, dedicated, and use holistic, full body massage and therapy techniques to help alleviate pain and discomfort.

A short facial massage relieved a tremendous amount of back pain. I was so amazed!

In just one session, I felt better than I had in several years of acupuncture, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and regular pain management combined. It's been nearly three weeks and I have not had to go back yet.

Working with Hiten, it is clear that he has the advanced skills and equipment to care for people with chronic pain.

I would highly recommend you try physical therapy here before more aggressive treatments that may be more expensive or have side effects.
