Anthony was awesome. I really appreciate him going above and beyond to find me a used spa cover. Even cleaned it all up for me and put in my car. He was so nice. I will defiantly be returning anytime I need anything for my pool or spa:)

Anthony, Backyard and Homes customer service technician, arrived promptly and prepared to replace a temp sensor under recall. He went above and beyond to help me understand better ways to maintain and care for my spa. He even help me secure my spa cover better due to the fierce winds my spa is exposed to in the desert area.

These people are awesome. They all pulled it together and I now have a beautiful new gas fireplace. I want to that Veronica, manual, husain and the gang for making this dream of mine come through. I was low income and got a free gas fire insert. I just had to pay for the gas line. But wow what a difference. If interested give them a call for all your fireplace, pool, hot tubs and more. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I purchased a wood insert back in June to improve heating in our cabin. That went well, but the application for the Burn Cleaner rebate through the Valley Air District, which started in October, still hasn't budged! Husain and owner Geno don't respond to emails so I am stranded. It looks like people aren't doing their jobs.
