ABSOULETY HORRIBLE.

They transferred me so many times just to transfer me to my "Rep" a lady with the name of MIREYA with a bad attitude, who doesnt even know all the information correctly.

Im surprised as of right now that Bad Boys has 4 stars. It baffles me.

They'll look up all your ancestry if you miss a payment, not respect your wishes to not be contacted and one of the ladys said in order to qualify for a better premium it has to be 3-6months of consistant payments, then my "Rep" says oh no, 4-6 months, and couldnt even work with my hard financial situation, just asking "When will u be able to make the payment"? And not even tell you when you have to in order to avoid penalties.

On top of that wont even tell you your correct balance to date and when the maturity date is and dont even think about making an over the phone payment because they WILL NOT tell you about the 6$ Dolllar phone charge unless you ask.

Terrible they do people like this who are trying to do better.
