They took my dog in immediately and took great care of her, plus a bath. It's hard to find a place where you can get same day care

This location is a HIDDEN GEM! I highly recommend to bring your pets here too this location. This location truly does care for the animals well being and definitely not trying to pick your pockets. I can go on and on but it won't justify what I say until you experience this location. Everyone is so professional and know exactly what they are doing!

RUN DO NOT walk away from this vet office for any small animal services, dropped off 2 kittens at 8: 30am for spay services, called at 2: 15pm only to be told they had NOT had their spays done yet, called back 15 mins later to be told their process is they do operations in between appointments because there is only 1 vet whom is juggling both large & small animal appointments. I was told then that they would be finished up with their spays by 4: 15pm and I would be able to pick them at 4: 30, seriously 15 mins recovery for a spay is unethical! Needless to say I picked them un spayed and will take them to a new vet. This was my second experience at this vet, my first was a neutered male that was neutered by a tech, which I know happened for a fact because a friend worked there at the time which is the only reason I didn’t report them because it was only a neuter I let it slide. I will be reporting BOTH instances to the Veterinarian Medical Board. If I could leave a negative 5 star review I would!

Didn't bother to get her name but the Australian lady working here is consistently condescending and dismissive, and becomes instantly combative if you mention that she's being unreasonable or that she made a mistake.

The vets themselves and the facility is fine, but dealing with this one lady is causing me to find another vet

Badger Creek was wonderful at getting my cat in for her emergency, even between appointments as they were booked up. I am so grateful for them and their services. Location being so close is also a huge plus.

I am new in the area and I wanted to get both my dogs established with a vet and my senior dog needed a refill for her Proin which she takes daily for her incontinence issues. I was charged $65 per exam on my dogs and it was the most incomplete exam I’ve ever seen! I asked for a refill of the Proin 50 mg prescription and requested a four month supply like I normally get. I was charged $140 for the Proin, I have never paid more than $85 anywhere! I called around and checked with other vets in different areas and $85 is the average price of this prescription. Then I received a statement from them a few days later saying that I owed them $. 20. I guess they made an error when they were charging me that $270.00 and forgot to tack on the $. 20. The stamp cost more than that to send me the statement! I will be sending them a check for $. 20 along with a letter and they will be getting lots of free advertising from me! I think it’s terrible when a veterinary hospital/clinic takes advantage of owners who love their pets and try to do right by them. I will never take any of my animals there again. It’s Vets like this that make people not take their animals in when they should.

Great staff here! Very knowledgeable and no pressure to spend a fortune on tests. I will be taking all my pets here now.

They care so much about the animals. Their prices are good. And the people are so nice. Especially Jodi. I am very annoying when it comes to my sassy baby and they do an Amazing job with her. 10/10 would recommend.

Long story short.this place used to be amazing but now is extremely poorly run. The front door staff lacks knowledge to even make appropriate appointments and there is not good communication between them and the techs.

Very nice place fast service great people good parking fair pricing they also squeezed me in now twice once for rabbies shots and another was to xray my female to make sure she had delivered all her pups in and out bolth times friendly ladies working there

Since this place hired this person called Jean this place has really
Gone down. She is an awful person to work it. Definitely not recommended anymore

Best vet I've ever been to. Great people excellent service and they really care. My dog got his leg ran over by truck and they were amazing. I totally trust them!

Absolutely love the attentive care we get at this office. So many other vets are maxed out, too busy to see clients. I was grateful they expressed concern for my pet and made same day accommodations without emergency fees. All Staff are caring, knowledgeable people which helped ease my mind. I highly recommend their services for Wilton folks.
