Great service. Bagels are fresh. Like their Dutch crunch bread for sandwiches. The owner and the staff are very friendly.

On a weekend morning, there is always a line.but thats coz the bagels are awesome!

We've tried all of their bagels and they never disappoint.

Great bagels and sandwiches, use to be great prices but had gone up past few years. Reg sandwich is nearly $10, for years it's was closer to $7.50.i still prefer this place, but for price others might prefer a chain like Mr Pickles, etc. Bagels with cream cheese also kinda high now, around $3.50.

If your looking for delious bengals, sandwiches and drinks. Then this is a great place to visit. They have a lot of variety and everything is made fresh daily. The staff are friendly and provide amazing service. They get very busy during breakfast and lunchtime. Make sure to get there early, because things do run out quickly. If you haven't been here before make sure to stop by and give it a try. I am sure you will enjoy it and become a returning costomer like me.

Best bagel sandwiches ever! I love the California Club (bacon) and BSC Club (avocado). I also love honeycorn toasted with butter and chocolate chip toasted with butter. Ask for light cream cheese if you don’t like a lot on there. They have good coffees too, my favorite is white mocha. Really nice staff. I don’t live in Pleasanton anymore I like 40 min away but sometimes I make a trip out just for these bagels. And when I’m in town I make sure to go. Definitely check it out.

I like this place but they were preparing a very large order this morning and had a cardboard box propped on the food prep counter. They were using it to store bagels being made for the large order. They moved the box over and then prepared my bagel where it had just been. The box looked used.

They have the best bagels with cream cheese!
Also, staff is very friendly! I would recommend this place.

We visit frequently to the bagel street cafe at Dublin. If I have to not pick The bagels texture and taste is much better in Dublin than at Pleasanton location. Overall best place to have bagels which is similar to how it is found in NY.

We stopped here on our drive to Yosemite and can’t wait to come back. There is such a large selection of bagels - we got the Jalapeño Cheddar bagel with Sun-dried Tomato Cream Cheese and the normal Jalapeño bagel with Sun-dried Tomato CC as well as a soy latte. Service was amazing and it was such a cute store - will definitely be back!

I asked the lady to cut the bagel really thin on my nova lox and she did. So nice!

One of my favorite places to get quick lunch. The sandwich and bagels are so delicious, is the good price for what you getting and very good service. The staff are friendly.

Great place for a quick breakfast/brunch. They close
early like around 2 but the bagels are unique. The
atmosphere and environment is great. The manager
of this bagel shop is very caring and friendly. Works
very hard to deliver excellent service. I recommend
anyone that's looking for bagels to check this place

We have constantly have gone to this place for a long time but the service now is horrible they do not make or listen to what you order. The last 3x we have been here we either have walked away with the wrong order or missing something. I think management should pay closer attention to there employees. I could understand it happening once in a blue moon but several times in a row.i recommend there store in dublin and stay away from the pleasanton one as it has gone down hill.
