They are awesome. Treat every customer the same. Bageltyme is on point. I hate to point this out. However, with all the products out in the open, yall really need to clean your vents. The light fixtures and fans they have a lot of dust, not food sade. But i really love the bagels.
I have been coming here for many years. I LOVE it. I’ve tried most of their bagels and they are delicious. My only feedback is that it takes really long to just get a bagel. Seriously, it takes about 20 minutes on a non-busy day to get your bagel. I know it’s easier said than done, but if you know you’re a busy bagel shop, maybe upgrade your equipment so that it could toast more than 1-2 bagels at a time? That way customers are in an out faster and everyone is happy
Lovely & quaint little bagel shop! Calling in an order helps with what could be a bit of a wait time. Good bagels take "tyme" ️ Love this place so much!

I love their fresh bagels. The garlic bagel with garlic an herb cream cheese an veggie lunch has been so far my favorite, still have so many to try though can't wait. ️
Good bagels but the wait time is ridiculous. I’ve waited on average about 30min each and every time. I get it is busy but get more staff or better staff. Some of the girls who make the bagels are painfully slow or to busy chatting with coworkers. Kind of sucks because the bagels are really great.
This place takes 30 minutes to warm up a bagel. There are two workers and it’s taking this long. Horrible ️

Love this place! I love the salt bagel as a breakfast sandwich or toasted with cream cheese. Lots of flavors to try.
Super slow service. They said it would be about “12 minutes”. It’s been 27 for minutes and counting, for six sandwiches. And they’re super small. They make each sandwich as slow as you can imagine.
