I have never had an employee from a place of business talk to me in such a rude and condescending manner. I understand an agreement is an agreement, and I asked if they could take a checking account payment; if not, they would have to wait until I got my replacement bank card in the mail. Explaining that I recently got my car stolen, then the window on my rental smashed, and my entire purse stolen with my wallet, on top of losing my job due to downsizing and suppose to be out of my place on the first, Instead of trying to help find a SOLUTION or a way to temporarily pause my payment or offer any help in finding a common middle ground for a bond to a person who was extradited to Nevada and owes under 3000 he told me I could go inside the bank with zero forms of identification to pull out money to give them cash and if not, i quote, "what was the point of you calling? Was it to waste my time, because that's what you did. "

These people are amazing I definitely recommend if you get into any legal trouble please call these guys cause they will get you out and they don't ask much just go to court and pay your bill And it's that simple you will be FREE!

The most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with for business. Half of the people always have an attitude if you can even get someone to answer the phone. If you have to bail out a loved one I encourage you to find another company. No matter how polite and nice you are with your questions the person on the other end will have an attitude.
