I've just started with Bailey Boys for window washing. They did a very good job and were very polite and helpful. The front office was prompt and curtious. Their rates were reasonable.

I learned of the Baily Boys from our neighbors and are so pleased with the results. They were right on time and promptly got to work spray washing our front and back walkways and patio and the lower half of our house impacted by construction dust from nextdoor. Cobwebs were gone and the outside windows were cleaned beautifully. The lead young man was meticulous, checked in with me and was professional, conscientious and thorough and polite. Baily Boys is my new home maintenance partner.

Everything went well for this visit. They cleaned solar panels and windows inside/out and the tracks. The only thing is it seems a bit costly, but you get top quality work and services. So, you have to make that call what works for you. But they are top notch. Staff were caring of home (no shoes on), no mess and put any back that they moved for the service.

Had them come out to clean exterior windows and solar panels on roof. Cost was reasonable and they were on time and very professional. They did miss one solar panel, but as soon as I saw it I called and they came out the next day and cleaned it first thing in the AM. I would use them again for either job.

I would never use this company again. They were suppose to pressure wash my brick exterior, clean my gutters and clean my windows. They blew all the junk out of my gutters into my yard and left it there.they broke a potted cactus I’ve had since 2008 and before they even told me they tried to hide it by putting it in a different pot and they didn’t even plant it with enough soil. They told me about it later after they saw I was going out back. Not even an apology. They trampled some plants in my front yard and also bent a window screen because they thought it was a good idea to use a screwdriver and remove them from the outside rather than coming inside and using the tabs properly. The pressure washing was basically a quick pass over and did nothing of value. An absolute joke of a service for $800

Great Service. They showed up on time, did an excellent job as usual, so happy with how clean our solar panels are. We’ll see you again next time. 5 Stars for sure!
