One start too many! I called the office Mid October to schedule my husband, A NEW PATIENT, for the first available morning appointment which wasn't till a month out. The lady on the phone took a while but collected my husband's info from me and also asked for a good email address where she could send the new patient forms to be filled out prior to his appointment. I called the office the day before the appointment to confirm my husband's appointment and after being put on hold multiple times I was told that not only does he NOT have an appointment scheduled, but he doesn't even exist in their system. I was livid. I was told that they have a full schedule that day and that he couldn't be seen. My husband had already cleared his work schedule from a month before to make himself available for this appointment. I expressed that this was unprofessional and was told that the office manager would contact me in 15 minutes. 2 hours go by and I call the office again only to be put on hold. Julie, the office manager, picks up the line and starts to scold me on my tone and behavior towards the staff. There was no apology for their mistake and ZERO accommodation for a potential new patient entering their practice. I was told that this was not a good fit and that I should find another office to go to. WOW so much for customer service or LACK THEREOF! Stay away from this office. I'm not sure how the dr is but if he deals with the staff I dealt with a couple of days ago then that's a tell of his character as well!

Terrific doctor, terrific experience overall. Dr Bailey spent a lot of time going over my history and being very thoughtful about my overall health. The staff was first rate.

5 stars for Dr. Bailey himself, 0 stars for the rest of the staff. I've been a patient for a couple years, and his staff used to be great. Now, I've been lucky if I could get my voicemails heard to make an appointment, and on the rare occasion when I do get a call back they're always super rude. Not worth it at all. No reason for humans to be so rude and unwilling to help, especially in healthcare.

Best General practitioner ever ️Dr Baily, He is very caring he communicates with you very well if you have some x-rays done or ultrasounds he will always call you and make suggestions and give you his report on what’s going on great doctor

Dr Bailey is a wonderful, thorough, and thoughtful doctor. He has a very sweet and kind nature. His staff was also very attentive. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Bailey for over 10 years and have always found him to be considerate and thorough - he has a good command of medications and how their impact will be on me personally and interact with my other medications - he also does a good job of coordinating with my other specialists so that when I see him he is informed and specific about my needs. Unlike some other doctors I have seen, I dont feel he orders unnecessary tests and I always feel he does sufficent blood work so that he is informed when reviewing my case. His office staff has changed a bit over time but typically I have found them to be helpful - sometimes they fall behind but I understand it is because Dr. Bailey may have had to see a patient in the hospital and was running late returning to his office.
