BakeBros Smoke Shop, Baldwin Park CA

Everytime I shop at OTHER smoke shops either they don't know much or its so disorganized that I never know what to buy since im new to vaping. Not here, had a very pleasant experience and guided me thru what i really needed. Very happy and Customer Service is awesome. Thanks guys, almost out of juice so coming back soon.

Went to buy a dab rig but door said curbside pickup only, called about ten time no answer, im not sure of they have the correct number on there, oh well

Wow, what awesome customer service! I recently made a purchase and before it even arrived, realized it contained tobacco. I was hoping to stay away from tobacco and was looking for something hemp/CBD instead. The day I received the package I contacted customer service to get a return address label (free return shipping? Yes please and thank you!) Not only did I receive the return address label within a few short hours, but the next day when I returned the unopened package, BakeBros had already dropped a replacement shipment in the mail for me. They not only got the shipment to me quickly but it came with a few extra goodies in the form of stickers and a silicone container for concentrates. The customer service was exceptional for any time let alone during a global pandemic when local smoke shops are closed to the public. Thank you so much, I will absolutely be a return customer!

I was there today before they closed and the employee who helped me out he was a dude was awesome! I honestly never had such a pleasant experience at a smoke shop he made sure I got what I wanted and was fit for me too! I never leave reviews but this business deserves them! Definitely worth it. Recommend this to anybody! You guys are awesome.

GREAT SMOKESHOP! I can’t stress this enough the BakeBros are awesome. Friendly service, nice glass selection, nice vape selection, they have a pretty decent wall of cans if art is your thing, and they don’t sell cigarettes. I’m addicted myself i crave cigarettes from time to time but going in there and then having such great service I can’t hate at all for them having the right idea and keeping cigarettes out. Anytime of the day you go in here you’ll get good service I know myself the employees are great, if they treat you a certain way that may really say a lot about the way you act and express yourself because they are by no means an unfriendly group they only want to provide the best service they can and they do a damn good job.

The first time at this shop the employee in store admitted he didnt know much about the product I was looking for and said he couldn't help me. Second time around they didnt carry the size I required for a quarts enail. Waste of time if the first employee could have told me that, I would not have return.

This place has EVERYTHING! If you can't find it there, Mark will find it and order it for you. He was super knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect vapor pen. It's nice to finally see some of that above&beyond kinda customer service.in real life! You gotta go there. FYI: It's more beautiful in person too, if you can believe that.
