I have been using bakers flooring for over 5 years now with many different installs. A pleasure hiring these guys as they have always been professional, on time, clean jobs site and great installing.

Great work! Very responsive and professional, made sure to make sure i was satisfied!

We had them remove our tile and replace with LVT a few months back. I would say overall average job.

Demolition: I would have a professional demo company remove tile. Bakers did not have the appropriate equipment to control the dust. Also they cut into my drywall everywhere to remove the base board. They could have been a little more careful to just cut through the caulk and not the drywall.

Installation: Good for the most part. They were not great with mixing up the boards. I have several spots where the patterns are identical right next to each other.

Overall I didn’t like the fact that they seemed to really rush this job. It came out ok, but if they took a little bit more time, it probably would have been much better.

Also I was not happy with them hounding me at the end of the job to pay them. I gave a deposit before the job. Then they hounded me for the balance hours before the job was even done.

I’m all about supporting local businesses, but you all can do better.

Professional, quality installation and service.
We had our flooring and carpet installed a while ago, and we can honestly say we still love our flooring and the wonderful, professional service we received. We did our research and went to at least five flooring stores and online reviews to get exactly what we wanted, and at the right price. We weren't in a hurry and are not easily pressured by sales people. We had heard about Bakers through word of mouth but again, we did our own research and Bakers prices were the best by far! With the exact same brand of carpet and LVP flooring we were quoted in other places. The professional services offered was the best - from on the spot quotes sent immediately, daily check ins confirming arrival time, cleanliness, respectful and mindful of our dog. Mike did a daily inspection of work completed for the day after his crew was done and before they left for the day to ensure that we were happy with the progress. We couldn't have asked for better service, price or quality of workmanship.

Baker's has an amazing team. From start to finish they delivered in every way, and then some! And at a very competitve value. The vinyl floor they installed brought my commercial office to life!

Very affordable excellent service. Staff was very nice and respectable. I will never go anywhere else for flooring. The flooring was beautiful great quality and perfect installation.
