The service I received at Acura Bakersfield was great. The service advisor Jose did a great job of keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle and making sure the work was completed correctly in a timely manner. He also made sure I was aware of items I needed to consider getting done in the future.

My 2017 Acura IXL couldn’t start and it was towed to Bakersfield Acura. Jose Ventura, Service Consultant, advised me it was the battery. The battery was replaced within a short time. The courtesy shuttle driver picked me up from my home. Johnathan, front desk, was very courtesy and friendly. Keep up the good work, Bakersfield Acura!

If i could give them 0 stars i would because they don’t even deserve 1 star. Acura is literally the worst dealer ship & i make sure to let everyone that i know NOT to buy cars at this dealership.they don’t inspect their cars and make sure they’re good to go for their customers.i bought a car from them and they sold it to me w/the brake switch broken.it broke down on me less than a month after purchasing.they wanted to charge me just to see what was wrong w/it and come to find out when they “fixed” the brake switch they didn’t hook it up right so they wanted to charge me again for that, when they couldn’t get the job done the first time.if you buy a new or used car inspect it very well before purchasing, but i wouldn’t recommend buying your car from here.
Ask for tire rotation while changing oil
I made an online reservation and went to the service center to talk.
Tire rotation has not been done.
And the washer fluid cap was not closed.
There is still no contact regarding the mdx instrument panel noise issue.
If you're only going to provide services that will get you money, I hope you do business under the Acura sign.
I checked again and there was a $10 charge for tire rotation, but no work was done.
I was calling at 9: 56 am on Monday, Oct. 23, the Internet said they were open, yet no one answered the phones!
