Bakersfield Business Licenses

It is an embarrassment that the city of Bakersfield has these type of people working here. I went in the morning to go get my business license and I had to wait 8 minutes. I was the only client waiting in line. Even though there was THREE ladies with no clients they still did not help me. One of them was eating a dessert. The other one was talking with a client on the phone. Then the third one was making a personal phone call. NONE OF THEM greeted or at least told me that they would help me in a little bit. They did not even lift up their heads so after the 8 minutes I HAD to ask HER "How can I help you? " and then with an attitude she asked "What to do you want? " I told her why she did not have respect and did not even greet the customers. She didn't even apologize and I continued with my transaction. They should treat their clients with respect and kindness. We are not there to get stuff done for free, we are paying them for a good service. If it wasn't for us clients they would not be able to make a living. This is not the first time that this has happened at "Bakersfield Business Licenses". As a resident of the city of Bakersfield I feel truly ashamed that this is the type of people that they are hiring to work. Please fix your values and treat people with compassion, kindness, and respect.
