I have had my car in there twice already for the same issue and every time they tell me they fix the problem I have gone back in a third time and they tell me it cannot be fixed because they cannot get parts. Hopefully they'll be updates within 3 to 6 months and I am not at all happy with the service manager.
I wish there was another dealership in Bakersfield. Poor customer service. Took forever to get parts.got run around for 4 months Took vehicle in and it sat for a day because they said parts weren’t in. Turns out parts mgt and service mgt didn’t communicate my parts were there. Took till next day to get fixed. No loaner vehicle available.

Excellent experience! We worked with Cameron and he was not pushy and was very knowledgeable and friendly. When we decided to buy our Jeep we were done with paper work very quickly. We had our son with us and they offered him snacks and drinks and made sure we were comfortable while we waited.
My repair technician, Leticia, was really quite amazing. She was so accommodating, so kind, and so professional. The cost of everything these days is so expensive but Leticia really made my repair experience at Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep pleasant.

The mechanics did a fine job on my repairs but the problem came with the time it took. I had an appointment for service but the problem wasn’t diagnosed until 3 days after I left my car. Then I had to wait 5 more working days for the part to come in. They didn’t offer me a loaner car. So I was without transportation for two weeks.

The mechanic team did good work on the car. However, getting a hold of the service manager is difficult. The biggest reason I didn't give a better rating is because they sold us the extended warranty so we would have coverage on the door panels they had already replaced once. Now that the glue is failing again and the panels are buckling again, they said they are not covered and they will not replace their work. They flat out told me they only reason they told us they would be covered was to sell us the warranty.
