They were beautiful flowers and exactly like the pictures. I’m from Texas ordering for a family member in California and it was on time, same day delivery and overall just easy and perfect. Thank you! Will be ordering for every event always.

Placed an order by phone for a long stemmed rose boguet and asked them to make it special. They went beyond and provided a magnificent arrangement- delived it on time all for a very fair price - less expensive than the competition. Highly, highly, highly recommend them!

I had a family member pass away and ordered flowers and more sad the order was not satisfactory. The name of my family member was misspelled crew came late delivery and the cross flower I ordered fell apart because too much water was put in it. I will never again order from you guys

Receptionist needs to be retrained on how to professionally talk to customers over the phone. Incredibly childish & rude. Would not recommend on the OTP experience alone.

My boyfriend ordered me some flowers for our anniversary and they are absolutely beautiful. However their staff has zero customer service. Apparently they were so rude to him over the phone!

Gabriel and his team always do a spectacular job regardless of the request. Many times I've shared a picture of an arrangement I like and everytime they never sieze to amaze me with something that's is better and has their signature touch. So if your looking for a spectacular bouquet or arrangement of flowers to share with a loved one as I have then go see Gabriel and his team at the Bakersfield Flower Market!

I’ve used Bakersfield Flower Market on two separate occasions now and both arrangements have been spectacular. The customer service is lovely, and I know I can trust them to execute my vision. I look forward to continue having them as my go-to florist in Bakersfield!

My first time there. Very helpful staff and loads of flowers to choose from. They also have a nice selection of premade bouquets. Neat place!

If I can give 0 stars I definitely would! We needed white CARNATIONS for my mothers funeral, sent someone to get the flowers & the florist gave him white daisies instead! I called and spoke to someone named Nikki & explained the situation, instead of trying to be understanding or even offer an exchange or even take half back…SOMETHING! She did absolutely nothing & said “well we do have carnations here. ” If you are a florist, your job is to help people and clearly they don’t know the difference between carnations & daises! I’d rather take the 2 hour trip to LA flower district than do business with them.

Always a great place for me.the walk in cooler full of flowers and the smell is so wonderful. I always get my flowers here and arrange them myself.

This beautiful arrangement was a gift from my daughter and grandson on my birthday. The flowers were so vibrant and fresh that the picture I posted was over a week old, and they looked as good as the day they were delivered. I will highly recommend the Bakersfield Flower Market to all my friends. I wish they had one in Fresno, so I could return the favor on her birthday!

Terrible service over the phone. Called for prices on wedding bouquet and other wedding flower arrangements. Lady that answered told me she wouldn’t be able to help me due to being too busy. I explained I wouldn’t need them for another 2 months and she said she still wouldn’t be able to get prices for me. Wasn’t willing to help me at all or even have a conversation about future services.

Staff was extremely helpful. Not a huge selection of flowers but they were fresh and beautiful! Lots of rose's, mums, carnations! I believe they can order. A very nice find
