12 I love their tooled leather products. I've surfed for a while looking for a company that had something that fit my style. The oak leaf pattern fit the bill. I ordered the spring seat, 2 PC mount and saddle bag. I went out and got my own chrome hardware to make the install look that much better.
I ordered the upgrade for 1" gel padding on the seat. Honestly, I could not compare the standard padding. What I can say is the spring seat is a big improvement for bumps compared to my mustang seat. I do wish the back of the seat curve up just an inch higher. I keep feeling like I might slide all the way off when accelerating.
The service department is awesome. When you arrive, they greet you, ask you what is wrong with your bike, and then troubleshoot. They do a through job and are very helpful with getting you back on the road
Purchased my 2023 Street Glide Special from this dealership. Excellent staff from sales to apparel. Everyone was pleasant. Salesman did a great job. I was riding away within about an hour of the purchase. No hassle and no drama. Great dealership. I’m very happy with my purchase and this dealership team.
Stopped here for service. They were able to work me in and get me back safely on two wheels. Bought some great merch and gifts to.
I rode into this dealership needing a tire. They put a brand new tire on the back of my old Harley, in less than two hours I was out riding again. That's good service!

I mean yeah I shop parts here&there but honestly not the Best Harley feel.some of the guys are to conservative & just makes communicating awkward. I get it not here to make friend but why not? Good Customer service should be priority to any business, a smile goes a long ways.
I went with a friend who's a harley fanatic. Met some good people and had a good time.
I paid roughly $17k for a bike here because I thought this is a reputable brand and also a name that I can trust over buying something off the street. Less than 7 months after my purchase and around 3000 miles later the cam bearings blew apart and shredded the inside of the engine case forcing me to get a complete engine rebuild. The dealership said there was nothing they could do and I should have bought the warranty. Honestly I didn't think I needed it because I figured their mechanics completed a thorough check on it before stamping their approval and they wouldn't sell me a lemon. Take heed!
Eazy to deal with was in and out purchased my bike back in September even had an issue with the bike the owner said take it in drop it off they took care of the problem no issues great service and good people
