Isaiah Bautista is a 5+ salesman! I was treated with respect and listened to. I went in with an exact idea of what I wanted and Isaiah, Felipe and team made it happen. I drove out with the car, upgrades & color I wanted in 2 hours. This is my 3rd Mitsubishi purchase personally and 7th family purchase. I couldn’t be happier! Bad bad bad all the way around My clients bought a car as is drove it 20 mi and it broke down They wouldn't let him return the vehicle and they wouldn't fix it he was told quote "sorry about your luck" and that came from the sales manager.

My experience with Mitsubishi was so awesome the staff members everybody was great! And the sales person Brianna Gonzalez was so professional. She did everything that made us feel comfortable and showed us the way of how to work everything she was really really awesome! The finance person Jackie was so professional and very very friendly made us feel comfortable in our spot. This place is a joke. We bought to cars here on the same day. We bought a 2023 Mitsubishi Mirage brand new, the radio only works part time, took it in and they said they couldn't find the problem, but if we paid for it they would fix it.
We also bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla also bought extra 100,000 mile warranty for it the day after I bought it the low tire light came on, took it in 3 hours later they said they couldn't fix it but I could take it ti Toyota they could fix it. Will never buy another car here.

Tyren was by far the best car salesman I have dealt with in all my time buying a car, I had a hard time being financed with a good payment and apr% and he fought to get me the best deal for my budget! If you come down to Mitsubishi ask for Tyren it’s guaranteed he will have you leaving with just what you need.

This is the second car I've bought from here and the experience was great, yet again! Ty and Nico were wonderful and made me feel comfortable and understood. I came in stressed and left on cloud 9 in my new car. There's a reason you see their license plates all over town!

I purchase a vehicle with Bakersfield Mitsubishi, I was very happy with my purchase but when I went to go pick up the vehicle they lost the key! I cannot begin to express how upset I was. George did assist with rectifying the situation and went out of his way to bring my vehicle to my workplace. What started out as a disappointment turned out good in the end.

Isiah and staff made purchasing a vehicle a good experience, stress free, no high pressure, knowledgeable about the vehicles. Finance staff got figured to us in a timely manner. This is my 2nd Mitsubishi.

Classic bait and switch approach from the sales person (Mr. Franklin). I was presented with an offer for purchasing a vehicle then a few days later after calling back and finally reach the sales person, I was told that the offer is actually 5k more if I want to purchase the vehicle. Make yourself a favor, stay away or play the game of bait and switch.

Reach out to the dealership after I was asked to in the reply on my review. Talked with Sales Manager that stated that he will look into that matter and call me back. He NEVER DID and that speaks volume about honesty and customer service of this business. I believe they are busy doing the bait and switch with other customers!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I bought a brand new Mirage 3 months ago only have 2,500 miles on it. The radio stopped working then started working again, continues to do this so I called made an appointment took it in they said they could not find a solution, They said that if a technician was to look at it and was not covered under warranty I would have to pay for it. Come on the car is brand new why would it not be covered under warranty. I thought when you bought a brand new car everything was under warranty. They informed me the only thing under warranty is the engine. I know that's not true. Worst customer service ever.

I am a recent buyer and the guys at Mitsubishi probably gave me the best customer see I’ve had in a long time. For 3 days they dealt with me and MADE SURE that I drove away in new car, and even gave me a better deal that I intended. Hats off to the gentlemen and woman at Bakersfield Mitsubishi I really appreciate their time and working with me, If you’re reading this I recommend you to go check them out!
