4Balance Yoga Center was a lifesaver for me while living in Redding. The studio, the teachers and everything in between is top-notch. I recommend trying different teachers and classes (wide variety) to find what serves your practice.
Wonderful yoga studio. Clean and respectful studio. Their instructors are knowledgeable, challenging, and credit the poses to the actual Indian origins which I really appreciate.

I cannot say enough good things about this yoga studio. I love it here. They are so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The teachers are incredible. They push you but also always have options for modifications and remind you to rest if you need it. I’ve taken hot yoga, buti yoga (not for the faint hearted) vinyasa, and lunchtime stretch and have left each class feeling refreshed, renewed, and glad I went. The actual studios are beautiful and they supply you with everything you’d need - mats, towels, blocks, blankets, etc. There are 2 bathrooms and a water filling station. They also have a cute boutique with yoga clothes and accessories. I always look forward to my classes here.
