When my husband passed away unexpectedly I checked online reviews for cremation services and selected Balboa Cremation Services because of the positive reviews.
I expressed my needs to Jennifer over the phone, she quoted me prices and we set an appointment for later that day to complete the arrangements. I could also have handled all the arrangements electronically.
Jennifer communicated clearly about the process and timing of removal of his body, obtaining the death certificate and the cremation. She professionally and compassionately kept me informed of progress throughout the process.
I strongly recommend Balboa Cremation Services for their outstanding service and thank them from the bottom of my heart for making this process so easy during a difficult time.

When I received the call that my dad had expired, Balboa Cremation was called. They were very professional and when I asked them to contact me upon their arrival and that I did not want to see them, they accommodated me and my mom as to not put any more emotional stress on my mom. They called us upon their arrival which gave us time to leave my dad. During the cremation, they were very professional and kept me up to date throughout the process. I will use them again!

My mother in law passed in may. She had prearranged her cremation at trident. Trident was so bad that we had her moved to Balboa. Jennifer and Randy were exceptional. Professional, caring, informative. Balboa also to took care of my own mother in 2018. I give them 5 stars. If you need their services I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I could go on and on but there's not enough words to Express how pleased and thankful I was.

I lost a good friend who had no relatives to handle his cremation or burial so I call Randy at Balboa "Cremation Services to help me out. I know Randy personally and know what kind of person he is so I knew he would help me out. I didn't know he would take care of all things that needed to be done included the military services as he was retired navy. I didn't need to do anything except show up, everything was taken care of and professionally done. A couple of weeks later I lost a nephew, I called Balboa Cremations and again everything was taken care of very professionally. When it is my time I know Balboa Cremation will do me good.

It is so easy and straight forward to work with Randy. He will pick up phones over the weekend, in the evenings, and early mornings. Sometimes I felt guilty for disturbing him too much, but he is always patient and explains to explain all the details that I am not familiar with (like most people). Highly recommend!
