Best pharmacy I have ever been to in my whole life. She is so accommodating. She always has everything in stock. If she doesn’t she will find it for you. She goes above and beyond I recommend this pharmacy to everybody. She is awesome I drive an hour to get to this Pharmacy this that’s how good this Pharmacy is.

Cute little drugstore on the peninsula. They also offer a delightful toy selection for those times when you need to find a toy quickly.

I love walking down and picking up my prescriptions and the Pharmacist Suzanne is amazing. They have a cool candy selection from my childhood.

We accidentally found the pharmacist Suzanne when we were looking for a common drug but in an uncommon dose. She did the work to make sure they had it and even called personally to make sure we wanted her to refill it. I have never had a pharmacy be so proactive and supportive. Suzanne makes this place one of a kind. For the last 9 months I've had issues with refilling prescription (s) due to nation-wide shortages and had been frantically calling pharmacies all over OC every month to almost never get any help, especially from mainstream companies like CVS and Walgreens. Suzanne was not only extremely empathetic to my situation, she worked with my doctor and myself to troubleshoot this situation from switching the milligrams around (because some mgs were backordered for weeks sometimes) for my medication to expediting deliveries, minimizing costs, and also working with me to navigate around insurance procedures much smoother and quicker than any other pharmacy I've ever worked with.

Dealing with pharmacies can be a big, inconvenient headache (at least is has been for me). It makes a world of a difference to work with Balboa Pharmacy and especially Suzanne who goes above and beyond month after month to help however she can.

This pharmacy is not so pretty but the people make up for it. Suzanne the pharmacist is awesome and so is the sweetheart that works up front. If your tired of standing in line go to balboa pharmacy.
