Horrible, rude customer service! One of the employees got mad at me for calling too much, when I tried to explain to them why I had to call so often they told me to get a different job girlfriend! Happily never using them again! Goodbye and good riddance!

Professional, personable, and compassionate. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this family run pharmacy. They have a customer for life.

I love Balboa Pharmacy it is a local Pharmacy in Clairemont with a nice
local family feel as well have great wound care products and great selection of wheelchairs to rent or purchase. I would highly recommend stopping in for giving them a call.

I've been using Balboa for a few years now and they're awesome! The pharmacy is very helpful and always tries to get you the best price and they offer free delivery on medications. A large selection of medical supplies that you usually can't find at your local Walgreens or CVS. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Anything medical, Balboa Pharmacy either has it or will order it for you. Great friendly staff, not over crowded.

This family owned small business is the best. I was due to run out of a medication over the long Thanksgiving weekend. They showed me how serious they are about customer service and made sure I had my meds by delivering my needed medication! Balboa Pharmacy is #1!

I did an online search and found on the Balboa Pharmacy website, featuring adjustable aluminum crutches listed at a price of $32, which seemed very reasonable When I got to the store, I was shocked to find that the crutches were priced at $42 for a pair - approximately 30% higher than the advertised online price. I asked the clerk if there was some mistake. She said no, $42 was the correct price. She also said that the physical store is owned separately from the online store and that the prices shown on the website do not apply within the store. I came back and searched through the Balboa Pharmacy website. I see no mention anywhere that there are two separate businesses entities represented on the site, or that prices in the walk-in store may be different than prices online. In terms of advertising and sales, this is grossly misleading and in fact dishonest. I will not do any more business with this store.

They r wonderful. One of the few family pharmacies left. I feel they care about me, my health and good customer service. I'm so glad I switched to them.

I LOVE Balboa Pharmacy! There is seldom a waiting line and if there is I have found, at most, two (2) people ahead of me. They always have what the doctor ordered and they have an amazing array of other products that I have not found in other 'drug stores', such as crutches, the latest tape for taping wounds, strains, sprains, etc. They are very professional but very friendly and if they do not have what you need they will find it for you. They even deliver your prescriptions if you are unable to pick it up yourself. The staff speaks several languages including Russian!

I have never been disappointed and they will have medications in stock that other pharmacies do not. Also, they are very conveniently located. I have every good thing to say about this pharmacy and the staff!
