Ball Honda opened promptly way beyond their published opening time. Service started promptly. Dave checked, confirmed what was to be accomplished with the car. Follow up was done during the day as to what else will be done and what was done. Dave also called to tell me as to time it will be done. He did call to tell me I can pick it up, it was done. Jose always takes care of me. I am a woman, I usually come alone there and I never feet like I am taken advantage of. Although getting my car serviced at Honda is super pricey, It feels like I am at home. This is my 2nd card I got through you guys. Thank you for the service Jose. Can the price go does a little?
