Completely wasted my time. Admitted to baiting people with lower prices on their website. Would not paper a deal over email and had me make an appt to test drive. When I arrived, the vehicle was not ready to be test driven yet since it had been recently delivered and then they gave me a price estimate that was over $700 a month for a Kia Sportage.

Said everyone is marking up over MSRP. At those prices I would get into a luxury vehicle - not a Kia. Needless to say, I walked out rather quickly.

Outrageous wait time from service center had appointment for oil change and took over 3 hours with appointment they kept telling me 10 min more minutes after 3 hours and took 40 min for an oil change makes me think something is going on here!

Service adviser Ozzie Flores needs to go to customer service training! He was kinda rude! No good morning how can I help you; just straight to business. He left a bad smell at Ball KIA! They usually have a AWESOME team but that guy wasn't nice!

If you go here I highly suggest you go to Jose F Orozco he’s really good at telling you details of the car and understanding with prices 5 stars to him.

Extremely poor customer service. Tried asking about a vehicle and was ghosted. Would not recommend this dealership.

Went for a oil change and tire rotate. I had an appointment. I was early and the first one there. The service area is one lane so I pulled behind the service office as to not block the drive. The service advisor said I should not have done that and proceeded to ignore me and go to the first vehicle blocking the drive. There are other Kia dealerships. Didn't waste my time with the rude service manager.

I have a kia that needed a smog, needed the oxygen sensor and pump sensor, bought it originally from Auto zone after market sensors which they failed less than a week, so I decided to get OEM parts at Ball Lia in National Coty mile of car, always buy OEM parts recommend I have learned a lesson

They will give you a price on the phone but once you get your bill it will be different. Do not come here horrible untrustworthy Buisness probably did not even change the oil just reset the computer.

Excellent service from Tony and Jorge! Explained every detail of our purchase and were extremely patient through the process. Also, the dealer had plenty of inventory, unlike others!

Come on guys, step it up. Last week you lost my Niro for an hour and today you offered me a car wash when leaving the car and my car was as dirty as I left it upon picking it up.

Raul was the sales person that helped us and he is awesome! Great service! Easy to talk to, and the best part is they work with you/budget/situation, no pushy salesman! Will definitely be back when thinking about our second vehicle!

What a crock! Replacing a Kia trunk latch, which should work normally for more than 4 years, costs $400! It's not a Mercedes! But it will be the last car I buy from Ball Kia.

Kia backs up the warranty no questions asked. My vehicle is ten years old and they take care of all warranty issues.
