I have used Ballard for years. Manual actually did a nearby repair years ago. This repair required both AC by Ryan and plumbing by Manuel. Always professional and easy to work with. I’m by so glad the repair is done.

Ryan was very nice and did not mind me asking questions and he explained things. I asked if he could look at the AC as well and he agreed. Capacitor was not in perfect condition and he explained it as I looked it up. And dang it if he was not on pretty close on…. I like honesty. Needed to add a new junction in a sewer line under driveway and repair a water heater leak. Randy at Ballard plumbing was quick, efficient and very personable. He reduced the quoted cost as the hole needed was not as deep as expected. Extremely fair price, with quick and professional results. Ballard has always had excellent employees as I have used them for many years. Randy gets an A+, if you need a plumber just call Ballard and relax.

Both were very nice, answered all of my questions, and didn’t even think twice about getting under my house to track down a weird smell. The price is always reasonable.
