Really friendly staff, both of them. Great communication, very helpful each time I came to the office. I really like the storage of my choose in such a perfect location, hotels/hostels, restaurants, transportations, etc all are nearby. Highly recommend it.

I love that the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My experience with Ballpark Storage has been great. It's a shame that the establishment has short hours of operation, which limit my ability to go there whenever I need to. I get it, with all of the unhoused individuals loitering around the building. Thank you Ballpark Storage for a safe and secure environment.

Happy holidays. I wanted to point out two of your employees Gilbert and I believe Sandra and your downtown San Diego ballpark storage. I've been a tenant there for several years and I have seen a couple of your managers. All good and Gilbert just leads the way. Takes on challenges answers questions helps wherever he can. Sandra (maybe an incorrect name) she started relatively recently. And really seems to know everything and was very helpful when I was in there. Both of them have a difficult situation with the number of homeless around this particular facility. They seem friendly talk with people who might be homeless. Hats off to both of them. The manager/supervisor Debbie was amazing! She was so helpful and I observed her being very helpful to others. Very organized, great social skills, & very caring yet firm.

Amazing staff. They are kind and considerate. Always there to help. I have never had a bad experience.

We only needed a unit for about a month since we were doing some renovations of my mom’s apartment. The unit was clean and easily accessible. There was a mixup with billing after we ended our contract and turned in the keys, but it was resolved very easily, and the money was put back on my card in a timely manner. I would definitely use this facility again in the future if needed.

I did this review about Sandra over a week ago, but it was never posted, I'll try again.
Sandra is a new hire here at Ballpark Storage in the East Village, downtownSan Diego and she is doing her darnest to make a good impression. This
storage facility has four wide and expansive floors and I have seen her work so hard sweeping and mopping like
a woman on some sort of religious mission. Seeing her dreeesed in that well-used work apron and wearing those well-worned work boots? As she cleans different floors and stairwells, shows her commitment to the company and her service to the tenants.
I have even seen her cleaning outside of the building with the same focused attention that is most impressive to say the least. Her calm disposition with the tenants helps to make us feel appreciated, and
her knowledge of the incricate
system of managing our accounts reveals just how computer savvy she really is in performing her daily responsibilities at Ballpark Storage. Whether Sandra is in the office working as a white collar or mopping the ffloors as a blue collar she knows how to get the job ddone

The location is convenient, the space is good and the customer service by Gilbert was extraordinary.

So many homeless people, smells terrible, homeless people hanging out out front and a TON of homeless store their stuff there and hang out inside their unit.
