We lived here for more than a year. This place is amazing. Not an ad, but the owner and the maintainence crew here are the friendliest folks I have ever met from any apartment.
Appliances are top-tier. Add-on EV charging is great for us EV owners. Reasonable rent, timely action on service requests, gated community feels very safe. Very PET FRIENDLY too.

Balmoral apartments is a home from home. Walter is an excellent host and will help you in anyway. The apartments have everything in them from teaspoon to washing machine.
