BAM Hair Nails Salon, Sacramento CA

Went to this place for the first time yesterday to get a full set the young lady that helped my nail technician was very nice but my nail tech on the other hand wasn’t all that great was very rough I have cuts on multiple fingers none of my nails are smooth they’re very lumpy they look insane and I wake up this morning to a broken nail already definitely not worth the money spent she didn’t listen the nails are way longer then asked for, she said she would file them down but didn’t really do anything. Definitely not returning

The gentleman was very polite and professional but the quality is poor. These are by far the worst Nails I have ever had. I did not recommend best business

Spent 40 bucks on a pedicure that lasted about 20 minutes and the polish was sloped on. The are only doing gel manicure and pedicure right now because I was told that they have so many appointments that they need to work fast. For that price, I expected a better job. Disappointed!

My mother in law and I both got a gel manicure but when it came to the cost my mother in law paid $25 then it was mine turn to pay it cost me $30.50 which makes no sense if we got the exact same thing. When we got home my mother in law called and they charge me extra $5 to take off my dip power and no one told while I was paying

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so friendly and talented! They take the time to make sure your nails are perfect! Tammy has become my main nail gal doing dip powder and she always is so willing to deal with my difficult request:) today she did Alice In Wonderland themed nails and they were so perfect! I could not be happier with the result!

Excellent job, huge selection of colors in dipping powder. Tami and Lynn did exactly what I wanted.
Went in for a fix and the ladies set me up with a new design just in time for Halloween. You won't regret coming here for all your needs. Last week I got my legs waxed for the first time. They are all so sweet! And talented.

I just had my nails done tonight at this salon. They're so kind! They also nailed it with what I wanted. (See what I did there? ;) ) I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough, clean, and fun nail experience in Antelope.

Great prices, and they actually listen to what you want done. I went to a couple of other places and the amount of people that want to argue with you about your own hairstyle is crazy.

Linda cut my hair and did a dip nail polish.was very pleased with nails, but was very impressed with the haircut. I have been trying to get a good A-line haircut for the past 10 years and have finally found some one who knows what they are doing! Thanks again, Linda!

I feel like I never have time for a mani pedi after my commute home from work, but I finally stopped in here and even though it was close to closing they still invited me in. Great service, my nails look awesome!

Nails to perfection everytime & that means alot considering I have ocd bad. I've referred many friends & acquaintances who continue to come here as well. Cleanest shop I've ever been to for sure; you'd have to come see it for yourself & experience their many offered services & I'm sure it would become your shop as well

When I first started coming here their work was great. Unfortunately, over a matter of weeks their staff diminished and the work left much to be desired. I noticed they hurried through my fills, and left areas where the nails lifted dramatically in a dew days time. Several times I gave them chances to get it right, but after my last fill I was shown that their customers don't matter to them. Very shotty fills meant many repairs on several of my nails. It has become an inconvenience getting my nails done multiple times in a week. They truly don't seem to care about their customers and/or their work. I am now getting my nails done elsewhere.

I was happy but one of the male worker was rude telling me I have to deal with when my nails if they get n damage. I'm never going there again.my nails are ruined and damaged with their bad service. All there tool are dirty and never clean or come out of packages
My nails chipped in three weeks and not worth the service
They need better workers that are polite and better service

I have done it all here! Mani (acrylic and gel), pedi, haircut, and perm! There really really good for the price! Check them out.

Rubbed my feet for about 5 minutes and when I got home realized that she didn’t put top coat on my toes. I was so annoyed but I am never going back not because of that but because I wanted to buy some of the scrub they had for sale and we were listening to the girl who was buying some and they sold it to her for $15. When we went to go buy some they guy who was cutting the hair said oh no those are $20 a piece.but they juSt sold it for $15 about 10 minutes prior. Really disappointing.

Very rude customer service. They told me they wouldn't have time for me and that they didn't have nail materials to clean my nails nails. I am a very generous tipper and they judged me for being in comfy clothing on a rainy Saturday. Customer service is by far the most important thing to me and they failed.

It's a well-staffed place. The wait is typical of barber shops and hair salons. The workman ship of the nail artists seems good. This place has a good amount of regulars. There is a variety of services offered. Certainly worth checking out next time you need a haircut or a mani/pedi.

Chucki (sorry if I spelled it wrong) did my nails she was awesome she took her time she listened to what I wanted. The shop it self was clean and very sanitary the tools that was used on my pedicure was fresh out the bag the boss lady Linda walked around and made sure everyone was doing a great job. The prices are reasonable they don’t pressure you into getting stuff you don’t want I will be going back in two weeks thank you

A wonderful solon with with full services from hair to waxing. I had my nails done, full set and the quality of the job is top notch. Warm and welcoming environment.
