Banana Hobby is my #1 choice for RC airplanes and jets. I have purchased 3 composite turbine powered jets from Banana Hobby. I really appreciate Banana Hobby’s selection, support obtaining parts or helping solve technical issues. Most importantly, their after sales support is the best!

I live in UK and contacted Banana Hobby in the USA to enquire about the availability of the multiple RC model storage stand for my pile of EDFs etc as seen on YouTube. Carrie Lau got back to me and offered to ship it to me direct from China then followed with an invoice. Very reasonable on postage I have to say. Deal done. Carrie maintained great communication throughout. Arrived in under two weeks and is ideal. Really pleased and grateful to Banana Hobby USA and of course Carrie Lau.

This isn’t more of a product review but a customer service review. I was having trouble navigating and finding some spare parts on the website for my first time when I had to opt for a live chat just for a quick question, (not too fond of live chat as it tends to be fast one worded answers on most websites) low and behold i had been assigned to Bannana Hobbies customer service rep Carrie, she went above and beyond to help me find the parts available for my set up, you guys are lucky to have someone special and caring like her on your team! I will be making future purchases with Banana Hobbies because of the confidence and trust instilled in me for my order and the process!

Today I received my pilot RC 2.2m predator. I have to say thank you to Carrie for her great customer service and support my predator came in an extremely sturdy box with quite excellent packaging. Everything was well padded and packaged in a way so that it would not be damaged. I was very pleased, additionally, the stand that came with my predator was a plus and I think I will be using it quite often for multiple aircraft.
This is one of my better purchases in my opinion.

Just wanted to express how pleased I am with Banana hobbies California. I received a plane missing items that were out of stock they removed the items from an existing complete kit they had on stock. They stated they replace the kit when parts came in. Great service thank you very much.

Banana Hobby has become the best hobby company around. Hirizon Hobby and others have recently gone down hill, where BH has exceeded.
Every time I needed assistance with the product they were on top of it. I text then, as they requested on the website and they responded quickly.everything I've ordered has been shipped out the same day if early enough, and gotten here quickly. There has never been a screw-up on my order. One time they forgot to ship an item that day. I text them, and they fixed the problem by overnight it. Another time I needed a backorder item. So BH got one from a kit, so didn't have to wait months.
Banana Hobby and the customer service has been outstanding and extremely friendly and willing to help immediately. Through the many years of me doing RC aviation no company has gone above and beyond as Hanana Hobby.
With these planes becoming more expensive foam and parts on backwater the hobby can get very frustrating these days, but banana hobbies has made it very easy and pleasurable.

Awesome customer service! My plane packaging arrived "crushed" by UPS shipping. BananaHobby immediately offered to ship out a replacement fuselage! Then while testing the electronics, found gyro wasn't initializing correctly, but after reaching out to BananaHobby again.they're also sending out replacement gyro! A+

I am writing to extol the virtues of Jeremy in Banana Hobby’s tech services department. Last night he called me to walk me through the set-up for the BEC on the MB 339 jet. He proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable and courteous and he led me through the set-up. I am very happy with his professionalism and courtesy. Banana Hobby should be proud to have Jeremy on their team. I would happily buy from Banana Hobby again, knowing Jeremy is a part of their company.

I have to give it 5 stars for customer service. Carrie is the customer service through text message. Although they don't receive phone calls their text message service customer service is legendary. I highly recommend this company. They respond quickly through their text message customer care. Carrie helped me and sent me videos and also recommending me to Marvin. Marvin took the chance to call me and try to help me figure out how to hook up the plane. Keep in mind I am a beginner. After learning that I am no guru at building planes they did send me a return label to ship it back at no cost. Great company once again I highly recommended over General Hobby.
