7I went to the store on saturday evening to browse to see what they had on sale an to my surprise I found some pants on sale but the price was wrongly place on the items but once the problem was notice the person in charge was so nice and helpful also the young lady that was at the register was very helpful and nice how they handle the situacion very professional and courtesy was notice.so thank you so much to the employees for the help and that being said I will continue to buy my clothes at banana republic
Always a great place to shop. Though most of the clothes are over priced.catch them whnmen they are having a sale of 50%.
Cashiers not polite at all, not good customer service, first they saw me coming in they didnt even say hi, when I paid not even a thank you or come agan.horrible

Horrible customer service! I tried returning a new, unused pair of pants WITH receipt and they refused to take it because it was purchased at a factory store. Yes, same company, same Banana Republic label on the pants, but they claim it is not their product and they can't take it. Again, HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE "company policy. " They have permanently lost my business.
Worst customer service imaginable. Please don't come near this store. I've tried exchanging two Banana Republic items that I bought at the Pasadena location due to sizing and I've been turned away because they weren't originally purchased at this store. Staff has been rude, and never wanting to help. How is it I spend thousands every year at BR and yet they offer terrible customer service? Will never be shopping at BR again.
