Finally found a good place to take my dog! Dr Sam highly recommend honest and takes the time to explain what’s good for your pet! He cares and not going to rip you off.

We have theor Insurance and have been taking our dogs here for YEARS! The staff is great and prices are reasonable even when not covered by insurance)

We've been going here for years and have received pretty good service. Dr Sam is really good and the only Dr we see. His schedule is limited so we have to wait for days sometimes. Staff is friendly and for the most part efficient. The best thing they offer is their health and wellness plans. These plans are awesome because they ensure you do preventative check ups and pet maintenance. You pay a monthly fee and in return you get a ton of services including free Dr visits anytime. This visit was for dental, a service most owners don't do because it's expensive. However, it's included in the plan with blood work and some x-rays for a gimpy leg on our dog. My only complaint about Banfield is corporate. During covid they screwed up our acct and I had some issues I'm still dealing with. The actual vet office is always problem free.

Dr Sam is a VERY honest man! Our dogs had a couple loose teeth that fell out while her teeth were being cleaned. While Dr Sam could have charged me for this, he was honest and told me that they fell out of their own and I wasn’t charged. With this quality, he will go far in his practice!

I was charged $90 for getting my dog her rabies vaccine along with an unwarranted wellness check up. When asked why it was so costly, I found out that because I was not enrolled in their care plan, therefore would be automatically charged for a wellness check up as well.

If I knew that before booking the appt, I would have passed. At no point during the phone conversation, at check in or while handling my dog to the tech was I told that a wellness check up would be mandatory if I were to have my dog vaccinated with them. I only found out when I asked about the bill.

My dog did not need a wellness check up as she got just one the month before here at the hospital as our first visit. It's been 3 weeks, my 2 emails in hopes to find a resolution had been left unanswered. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Was initially just going to come here for the wellness plan and have a primary care veterinarian elsewhere, but then I met the staff and knew I wanted my dog, Kobe, to get all of his care here. Dr. Natalia, Kaitlyn, Lex, Stephanie, and everyone else were so caring and professional. I just felt it was the right place for us. Thank you all for being so amazing!

Incredibly helpful and responsive staff! I had a situation with ordering my pets prescribed food off of the petsmart website which needs vet authorization. The person who was assisting me went out of their way to call petsmart directly and authorize it, and called me back within 5 minutes to let me know that it’s been taken care of.

Regardless of this specific situation, the staff at this location has always been incredibly kind and helpful when I’ve stopped in for my pets appointments. Thank you for all your help!
