Very nice pet hospital major usage of small animals that large animals you have to take your rhinoceroses somewhere else

Worst location ever. They never pick up the phone, if they do they put you on hold for 30 minutes. Been going here for a little over a year and it's always been horrible. They need to get more or better associates.

I would give this place no stars if I could. They took my dogs at 10: 30am for vaccinations only. At 4: 00pm I came to pick up dogs and they were not ready. 4: 30pm was my absolute latest to leave. I ended up taking the dogs and having to pay for an “office visit” even though they weren’t seen by the vet. I was told if I make another appointment I would get charge another “office” visit fee. NEVER AGAIN!

I must have called over a half dozen times.
They need to hire someone to answer the phone.
They should also include a message if they can’t answer on where to go for emergencies because they can’t take last minute appointments.

The staff are really nice and try there best to help everyone in a timely manner. After switching to this location due to the one by the Beverly center closing, I was unsure at first but then came to ease at how well they are with pets and the owners.
The only bad thing is sometimes you won't get anyone on the phone for a while if they are slightly busy.

I have insurance with them and so far have not had any problems.
I like it they follow up calls.

Front desk woman.refused to take coupon for 1st visit being free.she said it had to be presented before pet was seen. NOT TRUE. I called corporate and they r going to refund me.ugh

Banfield scheduled an appointment for us to come and get a time sensitive follow up vaccine. But when we showed up the whole place was closed. No notifications no warnings. This place is wasting my time.
