6The Banfield Corporation is horrrible. They understaff locations and call centers making it hard to do business. And whatever you do don't get their insurance. They make it very hard to do any business with them and rip you off when your pet passes. I will never use them again.
Never answer their phone, once you get through they put you on hold for 20+ minutes and then answer to put you back on hold then hang up. I am an Optimum Wellness customer for both my pets and can never make an appointment or get seen in a timely manner. Made an appointment with another vet and got in 48 hours later. Don't waste your time or your money.
Very nice & helpful staff, obviously care a lot about animals. Great experience.
Wrong hours. They are NOT OPEN AT 7. They are open at 8. My cat passed away after I took her here at 7 and was turned away. On the drive to another vet she passed away in the car and in agony. Updating your hours could have saved a life or at least minimized her pain.
Hard to reach. Hard to get an appointment. I had a sick pet. I went elsewhere.
Banfield has provided my little dog with the best care ever since 2015. I love the doctors and staff members. Thank you all.
