Most of the time the staff are wonderful! They could be at times a little snippy because they get so busy. However, I love Banfield. They have been excellent with my 2 grand fur babies and now my 14 year old rescue dog. They are very gentle!

I've heard that they lead you on with a free exam then make you pay a bunch of lead on payments

Nice staff, very friendly. They take good care of my girls. Both my pups have puppy plans and anything that comes up they are very helpful. Thanks Dr Hartnel. In Modesto. Will NEVER go back to the Clovis office.

Took my pet here on an emergency visit and was thrilled to be treated so kindly and genuinely by the young lady named Brittany. With her service alone, I would give it a 5 star review.

But after leaving my sick pup at the vet to be monitored, I was not happy with the lack of answers/the vague answers we did receive. I left a list of concerns for the vet along with his current state of being and at the end of the day, none of my questions were answered. The vet tech said the vet would call back if they recommend doing a parvo test. When Banfield called back, the vet tech danced around the idea of a parvo test/put it out on the table as an option. If the vet truly thought the parvo test was to my pets advantage, vets & vet techs really should use phrases like "I highly recommend this testing to rule out this possible virus" or "I don't think it's necessary to consider or to go through with this testing. " But to only tell me my dog is healthy, hydrated and happy by appearance is disappointing. After the appointment, we were shocked to see our pet was in so much pain and there was absolutely no other help we received other than keeping an eye on him. Normally, I wouldn't be too upset, but not only am I spending $70+ a month for both pets of mine to remain on a plan, but I have to make a drive from Lemoore to Clovis to not be given answers. The monthly fee covers what an office visit would be which is wonderful if they actually ran tests and genuinely studied my dog and his symptoms to come to a diagnosis. But to say things like, "Well we aren't sure if he has a UTI and won't test him today but if you want to buy this $60 medication and see if it helps. " Like no. If I take my pet in I expect to come in and be told that he has something and the medicine will work; not we didn't test but pay for the meds to see if that is what it was. During my last couple of visits, I have been truly disappointed in the lack of attentiveness the vets have given me about my pets issues that took place prior to the visit. I always have to ask "why" if something is wrong with my pet because as an owner, I'd like to know why these issues are happening and if I can prevent them.

They had Milo's special food the vet said to try. So for that & their quick service I gave 5stars

Dr. Roux is a very skilled and compassionate veterinarian. I highly recommend her for anyone who wishes to have their animal under her care.
