Real good eats pretty cheap. I love the chicken n rice plate and their sandwiches are great anf the dollar jamaica cant be beat!

Start with parking. Very limited. Just hope someone's leaving as u arrive, but no picky spot if u roll in a fancy car. Got all the typical Vietnamese snacks, basic soups, dishes, bread/ rolls, desserts, and drinks. Prices seem reasonable. Staff was not so friendly and pushy. My mom wanted some rice noodle roll freshly prepared, and cashier kept pushing the ones sitting on counter in front of her. Didn't come here for cold noodles.

Not bad and pretty quick services with decent food but the place get pretty crowded on the weekend and parking is, again, a nightmare.

I love banh mi.i love Vietnamese food.but i dont speak vietnamese.its difficult asking for extra sauce and extra vegetable inside the banh mi.my orders are rarely accurate.the food is good and you see hot chinitas so in the end its worth it.

Love the food and to sit down and eat the soups the bread always tastes nice and fresh it's always something delicious to try.

This establishment doesn’t respect its workers or it’s guests. The guy in charge was screaming at customers to pick up theirs order and disrespecting workers which created a very hostile environment.

Place is ok. They increased prices on the chicken pho. Used to be $3.75 after 3pm or so a few months ago. NO MORE.

Great bun mi sandwiches, drinks and snacks. Decent price for food. The customer service not so great, if they work on their greeting it could be a lot better.

Tired and cheap decor, greasy spoon type. Very cheap quality Vietnamese food served at cheap prices. If you're into that sort of thing. Try their Pho.

Aweful banh mi, bang cuon too thick, chicken curry too thin for bun, perhaps ok to dip banh mi in. Yes, I tried all 3 items in one sitting. If I am the owner I would try them my self and make some immediate changes.
