Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Aw I want The Bank of America doors will be open instead of drive & outside

They still don’t have 2 walk up + 2 drive thru ATMs like they do a town over. And they’re most likely out of cash. I’ll delete when they open up more ATMs. Still better than any boa in fresno

Worst Branch! Atm never has money, even before now there was never money available at either ATM.

I can wait, I am used to it from this bank. However, their customer service is HORRIBLE. I was having issues with my credit score, so I went to get help. Maria Estrada helped me and she was extremely rude. She first tolled me that they couldn't help me. So, I said if she could connect me with anyone who could help me. She connected me to a line. However, while waiting for like 10 minutes on the line she was like "there an app where it will tell you in detail whats going on". She tolled me the name of the app. However, since I was already on the phone I just wanted to get it fixed there. Then she was like "so.do you still want to talk with them? " while looking down on her desk and playing with her hair. After I tolled her many times that I wanted to get my answer directly by them. I got frustrated by seeing her how unprofessional she was, so I just tolled her I would do it on my own. I will definitely switch over to any bank but this bank. (I had to choose a star, if not I would of gave 0!)

Long waits for customer service at the teller Windows. Not all persons like me, want or like the use of atms for depósit, since they fail and can't talk to a person.
