It’s a Saturday and there is only 1 teller for regular account and 1 for business. The worst Smh

How do you see that you consistently have 10 people in line and not do anything about it? I waited for about half an hour around 2pm on a Monday. There were only 2 tellers, and then they dropped to just 1 teller while there were still 6 people in line. The lady behind me was 96 years old and waited standing with her walker for 20 minutes. I suggested that at the very least, since they apparently can’t keep the bank sufficiently staffed, that they should set up a number system so people can sit down while they wait. They insisted that they asked the elderly lady if she wanted to sit and she declined, but that was besides the point because it wasn’t just about her, they still shouldn’t expect all those people to wait 20-30 minutes for a simple transaction.

The best BoA around here. I have been to many different location, this branch always has the least waiting and friendly staffs. Almost every BoA is understaffed ever since Covid. And the waiting is literally crazy, but none of the BoA staffs seems to care about customers waiting in that endless line.

Never had waiting issues at this branch!

Cherry is the rudest associate consistently at this branch for as long as I have banked here. Have been a loyal B of A customer for 22 years and I have a total of 7 accounts here- you think she would have more respect for her clients. I have been going here for many years and EVERY time I go to get window, she is consistently rude. I usually do not write bad reviews but this lady should not work with the public because she obviously does not like people.

Zero stars is what this branch deserves. I’m embarrassed I recommended coming to this branch to rectify an issue. In speaking highly of B of A, I convinced a friend to research and potentially move her portfolio. Her first part of research was to open a checking account because how people are treated is HUGE to my friend and is actually apart of her profession. Once opening the online account, she wanted to go into a location which she also needed to do because personal identification was needed. This branch was closest to her home. We arranged to meet for lunch and made this a side excursion and I was horrified and embarrassed within the first 30 seconds we stepped in. Aside from not being acknowledged and the floor leader being on his cell phone, his greeting and direction were abrupt and dismissive. As we asked a follow up question, which was rudimentary around timeframe of waiting because he initially just said “sit down those people can’t help you” motioning to the windows, he then said “look I’m trying to help you but there is a wait so if you want to ask questions and are considering being aggressive go somewhere else”. I stepped back I assumed he must have been speaking to someone else. When I realized it was directed at me, I was shocked and still confused. My friends response was “we will wait here patiently, please put me with a person who can help me to close this account”.
I write this long example of poor service because one isolated experience is probably not so isolated. B of A is a large conglomerate who can lose a customer and it doesn’t have any impact. If they had known what my friends intent was to move a large portfolio, the behavior may have been different. This is the larger picture of what is really wrong in customer service, is this gentleman unpaid and overworked? Or is he just really a nasty individual who saw two women and assumed we were going to be bothersome? Either way, this individual needs to be addressed and B of A needs to be able to zero in on who was scheduled and running the floor at this time on this date and really do so digging into whether this is the right place for him or what they need to provide him with to help find it within himself to fix.

I am quite tired of the teller, Cherry's bad attitude. I usually don't waste time with reviews but everyone needs to be aware of her bad and rude behavior. Just go to another teller if you are next in line and she is to help you. I have 7 accounts with B of A and I have been banking here in the Brea branch for 10 years now. Still the same rude service over and over from Cherry no matter the day. I have complained about her for years but here she still is, working here. Such a shame, if any of my employees treated my awesome Client's like this, they would no longer work for us. Guess B of A Brea doesn't value our business. Been talking to the hubby about switching banks sadly: (

Can't get appointment. Don't answer phone and when you go there they tell you to wait or try to give you appointment after a week. Lousy service. Next door Chase and Wells Fargo have better service. I'll take my business there.

The teller was named Cherry, very rude. I did three transactions and she acted as if I ruined her life. She threw my credit cards at me under the glass thing, she never asked how I wanted my money back, I paid a bill that was a $1.00 with a dollar and have me change back. She told me she couldn't understand me, now I'm as white gets. Just rude from beginning to end.

I made an appointment for 12: 30 today, and had to wait while they called in other people ahead of me without an appointment, So what is the point of making an appointment? The website says they offer a notary service, the notary would not notarize my colored copy of my passport because she didn't feel comfortable with notarizing it. I would have allowed her to copy my passport. I'm trying to get a retirement visa for Portugal, The Portuguese government requires this for visa. Don't do business with Bank of America on Main st in Hesperia, California. They get paid to turn away customers.

Today I went there to pay for my credit card. It was always easy to do but not today. I was asked a lot of questions that are completely irrelevant. That employee she forgot to ask in what linen I sleep at night.

What a terrible customer service, have been banking with them since 1997, this branch in brea. Even to open your personal locker there was no one available, the personal banker - without even greeting me, told me to wait in line on the cashier side to get access to my locker. Worst customer service, I have to close my locker soon!
