Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

This bank not just this location but the customer service is horrific I waited on line for an hour and only to be told it's the wrong extension and transferred me to music I just gave up

Went in to make a wire transfer. Stood in line 15 minutes to be told only bank exec could help me and it would be a minimum wait of 45 minutes.

I’ve been a loyal bank customer for many years and never had I had a check on hold until now. Even with other Checks I’ve had to deposit at this bank because it’s nearest to me, sometimes takes DAYS to post on my account. How would you like to have your check on hold for 5 days during the holidays!? It is just ridiculous to me how they can’t assist with a simple thing. Called and said they can’t release a hold NOR could give me an explanation why they are doing it when it is my reoccurring bi monthly check from the SAME company. I sure will not be responsible for overdrawn fees since you guys are keeping my money away from me. After this incident I will be closing this account and opening with Chase. This is unacceptable. Anyway… HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

I waited about 20 minutes in line as the 3rd person in line. They had 3 tellers and one disappeared coincidentally when the line began to grow. This was about 11: 10 (mind you they open at 10). The teller I met with today was with an older gentleman before me for quite some time. He was trying to do multiple things and she took her time handling his needs, and even offered to schedule him an appointment etc. That’s not the issue though. When it was my turn I had asked about a bday check my 7yr old received from his Grandma written in his name and how could I go about depositing it for him. I had his birth certificate and because it had my maiden last name and signed in my married name, with my ID, she refused to help me and said I could go talk to the manager if I wanted. Didn’t offer any other solutions, didn’t try to find out what she could do, nothing. I watched her take her time with the other gentleman, but she couldn’t be bothered to help me. I wasn’t rude or anything, I just asked if it was enough, explained birth certificates and asked if my signature on my ID was sufficient and all she said was “well you can go talk to the manager if you want”. At that point I just said thanks for nothing and walked out. How can you be so helpful to the elderly man and automatically shut another client down? No help, no other solutions, not even a fake smile. Maybe because I’m a younger woman? Idk? But I won’t be returning and I’m looking into banking somewhere else where EVERYONE gets treated with decency. She’s the young girl with the mens glasses. Just save your time and go directly to the manager lol or somewhere else. What a way to start the day!

All I can say is that this bank specifically is very, very unprofessional when it comes to customer service. I had to close my bank because of the experience I had with several bank tellers and customer service. They literally give you a bad look, bad attitude and yet they give you false answers just to be done with you and help the next person. I wish I can rate a zero but can't. Whoever manages this bank is doing something wrong. Also from what I've experienced with bank of america is that they steal your money, so people keep an eye out and don't do business with this bank. I suggest they close down this bank or hire professionals who know how to treat people right.

The Worst Bank in America. Take your money is the real name of this place Please don't bank here they rip of the elderly monthly. And all of these reviews they don't even have the guts to respond because they know that they're the lowest rated business in America.

This bank is always packed and only has two tellers.what a joke. And its the only one open in palm springs for in person banking.

Someone skimmed my bank card info from a local BofA atm and attempted to withdraw 1k from this location Sunday afternoon with a cloned replica of my bank card. Luckily my fraud alert stopped it. I have tried alerting the bank to no avail. Please avoid BofA atms in Palm Springs! They are compromised.

It's unfortunate there's no opportunity for the public to choose a negative number as a rating for this bank. I don't understand how this bank can still be open. When the management is incompetent, who else can you turn to for help. Is was an absolutely jaw dropping experience and I will never set foot in any B of A branch again. Avoid this bank at all cost. If you bank here, take your money and run!

Terrible service and always just one teller with over 15 people in line. Bankers walk from one office to the other and helping no one. They need more help or more to care about helping the people standing in line.
