Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

My daughter has had dealings w/ BOA over 20 years. No problem, courteous service no problems whatsoever.

I just went in to Cash a Check that my boss gave to me. He banks with BofA. I don't have a BofA account. She told me that it was over the limit for me to Cash. I asked her what the maximum amount I could Cash since I don't bank with them. Her response was. "I can't give that information out to you. Go to your bank". You can't let me know the maximum amount of a check I can cash? Why?
That is ridiculous! I was planning on opening an account with them since that's where my boss banks and it would be easier for me to Cash Checks. After how rude and short that lady was. I will NEVER open an account with BofA! I wasn't asking for my bosses private information or anything of that sort.
What a Great way to turn a new customer away. Also, you made BofA lose out on money for non customers wanting to Cash a BofA check. They charge $8.00 for non customer's to cash a BofA Check.
I will NEVER recommend BofA and I will always tell someone no after that.

My son took a deposit for me with cash and a deposit slip, he was told he could not make this deposit and he would have to deposit the cash in HIS account and then transfer to mine. OMG since when did that change. He asked no questions on bal or explain it’s a cash deposit what’s the issue? Said they could not make the deposit as he was not on the acct.

There are really good branches out there, who help you out and care for their customers, this one is definitely not one of them. I used to bank here when I worked across the way at Panera and I had no issues. I see why that was A LONG TIME AGO.

I am not sure if it is common practice for the tellers to read out your balance in front of other customers when trying to identify your accounts. To make matters worse he hands me the receipt without even handing me my cash withdraw.

Always very slow, usually due to the limited amount of tellers. Bank of America is really trying to push individual clients towards mobile services and reserve the lobby for business.

Broken ATM's eating cards, terrible customer service, no solutions in sight, how are they even a BANK?

Worst experience ever happened today, went to thee drive thru ATM only to have my card eaten up. Called the bank to try and recover what was basically stolen from me, only to be told they cannot help me.

It's okay for them to take your money, but when it comes to basic needs for customers we get no respect or resolve. Nice doing business with BofA won't see me here anymore!

Drive thru ATM temporarily unavailable and only one walk-up ATM works. Had to wait in line over 15 min in the cold
