Horrible customer service.
There’s only ONE teller open even though the line is very long.
You should be prepared to wait in the line about 30 minutes to be served.

I don’t know why this location has such a low rating. The staff here are very friendly, and there is rarely a line here. The one problem that I don’t understand is at this location they are still limiting coin rolls to 10 rolls per denomination per customer, even though every other branch in town is back to normal with rolls of coins. But I can always go to another location to get coins. ATMs are clean, and inside it’s also clean. I’ve been going here for years and have all but one time had great experiences. That one time was when they couldn’t cash a check, and I went to another location and they cashed it. Strange, but that was many years ago. It’s better now.

I'd give a zero if I can. BOA has no courtesy to let its customers know that a branch is closed, even if it's temporarily. Also, Google shows that there are umpteen BOA ATMs around here. Went around the city last week to do a simple transaction in one of the ATMs but not one was opened. Finally found one on the border of the city. I've already tried going in to the bank on Bouquet Canyon 2-3 times and the notice on their door says it's closed temporarily. Have the decency to let your customers know that! Very disappointed with you, BOA folks!

I like it at B of A. Still charge a service fee of $16 a month unless i spend $250 on my debit card per month. Missed it less than $1 and paid $16 service charge. Also their mobile banking took my deposited $46 check but then sent it back and deducted it from my account. I then overdrew my account by $11. They then charged me $35 for the Overdraft.

I had every lock I could on my account if a $1 was taken out of my account I would be notified. I got a email saying a account was linked to mine. So I called I was told everything looks fine. I noticed my email was changed to ynoo instead of yahoo. I let her know some restrictions were taken off. The lady from BOfA said she is getting a lot of calls like this. I was told it was probably a computer glitch every thing was fine. 2 days later all but $3 is gone from my account all the restrictions are off my account are off the email is changed and YES transfer out to another account. No one used my card I only used it at the bank. No one knows my account info or password or has access to my account. I am being told IF I get my money back it could take 90 days. When I questioned why I was not warned to get my money out Change my password anything. I was told by the fraud department the would never tell me anything like that.
FYI BofA YOUR ONE JOB IS TO KEEP MY MONEY SAFE!

Why am I going through an extra verification process I’ve never had to use at any another branch?

Disorganized staff, particularly on the business side. Long waits and constant up sales. Worth your time to skip this branch for an alternate.

Went in today to cash my stimulus check! And the teller had to check with his supervisor to “verify” my check! Okay fine no problem with me! They asked for 2 forms of I. D. Which I gave them and since my check didn’t have my 2nd last name the supervisor refused to cash my check. Not to mention my check had the same address as my I. D. But from what I heard this bank never wants to help customers out! I shortly after went to Wells Fargo on Soledad Canyon and they didn’t give me any issues great job Wells Fargo for going way & beyond with your customers! Zero stars for this bank!
