Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Anahita Rezvan was and is amazing. The most helpfull banker of all the B of A branches. I highly recommend her.

We came late Saturday with an urgent situation regarding bank card. They were extremely nice and helped us out. Anahita and the management were amazing. Next will drive specifically to Tarzana branch for any transactions.

Horrible customer service. Always a line with 10-25 people waiting. And two tellers. While on the floor 3-4 employees walk around doing nothing. If you ask if they can open another teller window. They say, sure. Then do nothing.
I'm forced to come here once a month to deposit my rent for four years. And every time it's a nightmare.
Your just another number to them. So if you want to get treated like fecal matter this is the place for you.

This review is long overdue. I would like to Thank the Tarzana branch for their professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. A very Special Thanks goes out to Mary (branch vp) and Faye (associate) whom I worked with personally to help me get my business done when I had been turned down by multiple other branches for assistance!
As a brief understanding, upon my 1st arrival at the branch, the wait time was a bit slow. As I waited before it was my turn to due business with Faye, I wasn't greeted upon arrival due to personal shortage for the weekend. Once I got up to the counter Faye and Mary were very much in tuned and accommodating in understanding my frustration and my patience in waiting allowed them to make my Life a bit easier as well as gain a customer who will continue to come back and seek more prosperity!
