2Most racial bank of American I’ve ever been to. I have 10 generations of family out here in Los Angeles. In america in general the fact you are a tax paying citizen have a set schedule and yet got treated like it I was a bum when I’m dressed ina suit and tie and had a lady who couldn’t speak a sentence of English go ahead of me.how sad
I don’t go into the bank often and when I do, of course there was no one to help. I walked in and there was a manager and a personal banker. I just needed to make a large withdrawal that couldn’t be done at the ATM. So I walk in and I’m told there is no teller and to coke back in 45 mins. I’m surprised at a few things. First, why wasn’t there a backup? If someone takes their lunch or break to go to the bank they would have just lost their break time. Also, why didn’t the manager or personal banker have a teller box to help out during that time the teller was off? Do better Bofa.
