Coming from being a customer over 15 years and having a business account with them this is the worst experience out of any Bank of America I’ve been to. 1 teller and a huge line. The personal banker told the customer he was helping in the middle of the store that they were too busy and couldn’t help her and no available appointments for months out? The teller mixed my transactions and didn’t have even a reasonable amount of change then didn’t unwrap the bills and count them. They will lose your money don’t go here.
Very pushy to open an account and customer service is terrible. On a Friday, only 2 tellers working with other staff just walking around. I avoid going inside the building at all costs
