Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
why this bank still operating should close this branch. Rude Staff even the manager you should know how to treat people to be nice. She doesn't know Good Customer Service you should teach also your people how to be nice to the customers. When i get inside the bank on the first door office that lady told me to wait for 2hours discourage you to transact or what you need.
If there's a Zero Star i would rate zero.
Dont come here SUCKS.

I had a very bad experience with some employees from other Los Alamitos branches and in Eastvalle I only accompanied one person to this bank but he left upset, struggling to get 1,000, I alone told him if it took us 45 minutes to leave

Horrible can’t talk to anyone. You need an appointment for anything now a days. Long lines and they’re always thinking they don’t have a solid answer. “Well I think it can be this button or maybe try calling customer service”. This place has the worse rating should of checked before coming here

BOA sucks, hence I closed my checking account. I wrote a check for $25.00 and they charged my account $250.00. Recently I paid $100.0 into my credit account and I am still searching my statement to see where they credited me for that payment

You can't make us wait for hours for your services can't hire more people. 20people waiting for 1 personal to work on them. You make us look stupid

Pretty bad staff, surprised that this location hasn't been closed down. Enough windows, not enough tellers, and too many financial advisors sitting around. Someone needs to change this location

2 months later and the service is still horrible, talk about changing something and everything is still the same. Waited for the receptionist to help, she was having the time of her life talking to customers at the teller line. Then proceeded to talk again to people sitting down already being helped and waiting to see a banker. How about helping people waiting to talk to the receptionist? The receptionist with the long skirt and white top needs to get trained again

Why are you in business if your services sucks? Rude teller, long lines. Please close this bank if you are not able to provide a good service. But uou Bof A is great at charging monthly fees
This teller has been “busy “ for the last 20 mins and after this she left and put a sign on her window saying she was closed

ATM's are awful. Both drive thru ATM's are never working at the same time, and don't dispense $ if they are working. And that's any day and any time of day. Inside ATM had a scanner on it! I'm done with BofA

This bank used to have more bank tellers helping out people. Now it’s just a couple and there is always a wait.

Ever since The BofA in La Sierra closed, this bank’s service has been horrible. Expect to be in line for 50+ mins. Insane.

They only open one teller while 5 other employees walk around doing nothing. Line was 45 min just for deposit.

This place is always a long wait for anything you need to do. Interestingly, there is an employee, perhaps a loan manager, who is free and can tell you sorry but that is the line. Why is this place run so poorly, one would think they are a government agency.
