Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

This location closes earlier than listed closing hours and denies entry before 5pm. We showed up at 4: 15pm and was told by security that they are closed at 4pm and they were not allowing any entry. Poor service among other reasons I would no longer handle banking needs here!

Love the bank, have one by my house but choose to drive 10 miles to that clean and friendly location, Rick Dean

The worse bank experience I had in my life, they refuse to deposit cash on my landlord bank account, I’ve explained to the associate that I made cash deposit all the time and for years, never experienced any issues.
Instead of wasting my time making the line and as second chance seeking for help to say I’m going to connected to the manager, just say clearly we will not help you deposit that cash

Horrible customer service, avoid this location if you happen to be latino. My parents went to get some help with a problem due to a check and one of the ladies there was unhelpful and rude, then kept them waiting a long time to find someone who spoke spanish. Not only that, the same bank teller went to gossip with the other ladies and at the end my parents couldn't get the help they needed, she smirked like she was happy about it. My mom said some choice words in spanish as a result, and all of a sudden the bank teller knew spanish. She has been to this location 3 times and has had an issue with the judgement and behavior from this bank.

Ridiculous hospitality! I came to the bank for some really important work which took more than an hour and above all they don’t even let their customers you restroom. Upon asking I was told by the lady at the front desk that they DON’T HAVE any RESTROOMS here, is this how you treat your customers? What if someone has bladder issues? Poor service is one thing but this is absolutely unacceptable.

This bank is terrible and violates tha Americans with Disabilities Act. Old people like myself have to wait 40 minutes to make a deposit standing up the whole time. I have to make deposits here for my granddaughter in college. I cant even deposit cash, they make me get a money order somewhere first. Trying to talk her into changing banks
